So hot in there the AIR WAS IUT NO CLUE ABOUT NOW . Went back few week later no one speaks English . If someone did then they didn’t speak up for sure ! They could not figure out why my phone had a virus had to turn on my translator that is how I found out We have all kind of people who need help and they need people that can help . .

I had a great experience. Went there to switch and they were very helpful answered all my questions and took the time to explain the process and address my concerns. They even acknowledged my kids and made them feel comfortable which is big cause some places don't take the time to acknowledge kids. Definitely recommend this store always nice to receive great customer service and that's what my kids and I got. Side note I love the phone I got 😁

Cricket has never let me down, i whent to this cricket store and john carlos helped me where other stores couldn’t or didn’t wanted to take the time, he is very attentive,friendly,patient and professional, he does his job well done even when had more than 10 costumers, this guys is a multitasker, cricket store on 25th street in fort pierce

Hi I'm here it's in fort Pierce Cricket office I purchased a new phone and I'm an idiot I couldn't use it and I had so much help you can't believe it I have several times and no matter what I asked they are just smiling and happy to help me and I'm learning a new phone and I really had some wonderful teaching I think cricket and their staff here Liz and John.

Someone went to this store and they didn’t do their job of checking id and verifying if someone was authorized and a scammer stole my number and my info from the bank! BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THE ID CHECK IS TO AVOID FRAUD AND THEY DONT DO IT !!
