The pharmacy closes daily for lunch. this is new and cumbersome. \nMany times I passed by and it was closed, so by the time I got around to go back it could have been days after.\nMaybe they can take lunch at different times keep pharmacy opened all day.

The pharmacy is ridiculous. They text you to call them and then never answer their phone. When I go in to pick up a prescription you hear the phone ringing the whole time and watch the employees ignore it. They also mixed up my meds twice. It’s a good thing I’m aware of medications or I could’ve been in trouble

One of my best experiences I have had at this CVS location in a long time!Manager Patti Poultis and employee Adriana went out of their way close to closing time to help me. Thank you so much Patti for helping me, she pretty much did everything to help me print one 5x7 picture from my iPhone. I would still be sitting there trying to do this, those Photo Kiosk's confuse me lately. I am very appreciative. Thank you soooo much!Sincerely, Vita

I would give no stars if possible.Rudest people in retail. The pharmacist is so rude hung up on me and talked so nasty to me and an employee hung up on me because it was lunch time. Told me to call back at 2 and hung up. This CVS has the worst employees in retail and almost all of them need to be trained how to deal with the public

I have had MANY attitude problems at that location. The last 2 times, one was on X Mas Day and the manager was super rude as hell to me bec i had coupons and didnt know how to use them in the self-checkout. She gave me such a nasty attitude to the point customers were gasping going "oh my God!" I was insulted and embarrassed. It was X Mas Day so I gave her a break. This was one incident. Last week I went in to pick up a Moneygram for $100. I simply asked if the opener had cash yet. After dealing with ANOTHER attitude, I simply said there is always some kind of issue at this CVS. She turned to me and snydely said "well maybe u shouldn't ask for cash from Moneygram at 7a.m. Totally a smart a*** This isnt even counting how many times my pain meds were short, or the power tripping pharmacy techs as well as pharmacists constantly telling me Im wrong time and time again for only to be correct. Ive lived here longer than any of them worked there. I will NEVER fill another script there again due to incompetence and employees sternly telling me false information. That store has pissed me off enough times to the point I will NEVER shop there again. Seriously rude people working there. Management included. Plus short narcotics multiple times... Smh. What a horrible place if u expect customer service whatsoever. Avoid this location like the plague. Unless u want to be underminded and/or insulted. Totally unprofessional to take out your frustrations on a local, patron who frequented the store. Absolutely comical how rude that staff is. Have a nice day. I will be passing that location on purpose just to avoid them receiving my business ever again. Good job guys. Chase away those few customers in this small area. Real smart.

Horrible staff, they tell you something is ready, you drive there, only to find out it won't be due for another 12 hours, if you're lucky! This cvs absorbed Butterfields and they have failed to keep up with the work, or how more techs, miserably!

This is the worst cvs I have been in. The pharmacy is awful and I just spoke to a representative from CVS a few days ago. He said they are giving them more money hopefully they hire more people to work the pharmacy. All the workers are doing their jobs and most are friendly especially Christine. She is a sweet person and very helpful,but I think they need to hire a 2nd pharmacist . I called for a refill yesterday at 9 am and they told me it would be done at 2 pm. 5 hours is ridiculous for a refill and guess what at 2:15 it still wasn't filled. Had to wait at least 15 more minutes for my rd. I hope this store does something good with what I was told was more money for that store because right now they are not doing very well for their customers.
