Living in Portifino shores/lakewood park since 2011.. this was a pleasant place to shop on my way to work… recently I’m followed and harassed everytime I walk in here… I am an aerospace manager I can afford a charger, body lotion and batteries. Unless there is something about my appearance that suggest otherwise… leave me alone.

Glad I was able to get my vaccine. I bought some other items and I don’t like doing self check-out. Hire more clerks.

Just horrible. Simply unresponsive to customer needs.

Worst pharmacy you could ever choose. Go anywhere but here. They tell me to wait 1 hour. Then tell me its out of stock after waiting. Refuse to give me a partial fill. Wont transfer my prescription to another store. Now I have no medication.

Worst experience in the pharmacy. I really need to find a nicer pharmacy to go to and get nicer treatment. The pharmacy staff is horrible and do not have manners and treat us customers without respect. Without mentioning her name she knows who she is and how she treats people

They get your meds, don't log them in, then you tell them when they were delivered, who signed for them and they still won't look for them. They try to show me some paperwork, I'm like, you have to prove all this to CVS Specialty not me. Guess it was lost or stolen. I was told, well it may have just been delivered to our warehouse, come back Monday. I'm like no, they have 4 days ago delivered to this address.finally found it in the front cooler it's always in.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever encountered by far. They are always slow, but on my visit today I pulled in the drive-thru with 4 cars in front on me, took over 40 minutes to get my prescription. My insurance with Caremark forces me to use CVS or pay more, I guess they figure they can be as slow as they want. If you don't need CVS for insurance, avoid this location.

My Dr called in script on Monday afternoon and Wednesday i called said it was in process of being filled and would call when it was ready. Friday afternoon! Seriously wth. I had it sent to this pharmacy instead of my mail order pharmacy so i could receive it sooner. And it was close to home. WRONG. I would have had it sooner by mail and it would have been delivered. This place is a joke. Reminds me one of the reasons i stopped using this pharmacy a few years ago and why i stopped shopping there altogether. Its a shame their corporate allows this. Lesson learned!

It is always a pleasure to visit my local CVS Store in Lakewoodpark, as the Store Manager named Patti always helps her customers out with answering any questions and certainly has a very pleasant attitude addressing questions asked of her. 10 Star Rating goes out this this CVS Store and management crew. Respectfully, Terry Reals 8-12-2023

Our community deserves better than this. On every occasion that I’ve had to use this pharmacy I have not been met with any care or respect. The pharmacist is even more disrespectful than the staff. You’d have better luck meeting the President of the United States in your local grocery store than to get someone in pharmacy to answer the phone. Everyone at this establishment gives CVS a bad name. No other CVS in this county is as incompetent as this one is

I transferred a prescription to CVS on Friday I spoke to the women 4 times verifying they had my medication, when I picked it up they only filled 10 of 44 so I asked man at counter to check make sure the rest were in the computer and that I could come back and fill the rest Monday. I called to get my refill and was told they don't carry my medicine that I need to have it moved to another pharmacy. When I asked why it was allowed to be transferred in the first place I was told "we have new people running around" keep in mind they did fill 10 of my pills Friday but now they don't carry them (4 days later) . I can't transfer it again because it was just transferred I have to get a hold of my doctor to have them call the remainder in some where else. My medicine is stuck in CVS and can't be filled or transferred. This medication must be taken every day or I will get physically and mentally ill. Because of their incompetence I am now stuck without my medication. I will be contacting corporate office because leaving people stuck without their medication is unacceptable and dangerous. I will literally suffer physically and mentally until I can get it called in somewhere else by my doctor they are literally adversely affecting my health and state of mind. This is by far the worst pharmacy in Fort Pierce possibly the country.

This location used to be a great pharmacy but unfortunately that's not the case. They do not answer the phone, their drive thru is always closed, the staff is rude and they absolutely have no compassion towards customers needing their meds. If your doctor sends over your meds they do not fill them automatically, you physically have to walk in and tell them you need them filled and then return just to stay in a 45 minutes line. I have never felt so disgusted with a pharmacy before. Everyone in that pharmacy should be fired.

PHARMACY CUSTOMER I had a medical procedure done and waited to the Evening part-of day (after work) to pick up my 2 day supply of pain medicine and Uncomfortable all day long waiting to get off work to go into the store and ask about my prescription. Mind it’s Friday just before 5:30pm before a long holiday weekend. The girl said that my medication was on national b/o. I asked why they didn’t call me to ask if they can call my doctor or if I wanted to call my doctor to have a new medicine sent?? Isn’t this a red flag that it’s on national b/o right? And it’s a 2 day supply so it is not a reoccurring (refillable) script. Obviously something prompted the medication to be sent in. The girl working as team lead practically blamed me for not having gotten my medication as it has been on the news that it is on national back order. They did not call me or attempt to reach my doctors at any point during the day. Instead they did nothing. I was floored when she spoke because everything she said was just so horrifying to witness coming from a place I’ve been coming to for 20 years now. She said it was her first day…. When I asked where is the manager she laughed and another person laughed too. They said what manager? She said she is only there because her own good graces. And at that moment realized it was a sinking boat. Please do not put your health in their hands!!! They have no sense of right or wrong here. And they don’t care. There is no real supervision or even accountability here.PHONES I called several times before showing up for it to sound like the phone was answered by pharmacy and put on hold without any response. I never got thru ever time I tried.DRIVE THRU This location in the recent few months has put a sign on the glass of the drive thru that reads Please go inside drive thru closed. When I asked about this was told that it is because they’re short staffed. I can’t imagine how difficult this may be for some. And when the drive thru is open it is usually a 25-40 minute wait in your car with 4 cars in front of you waiting.RESULT I have been a loyal customer of CVS pharmacy for two decades. After today I am DONE. I will never go back again.I am recommending send your prescription to Taylor creek Publix pharmacy. It does have a full service drive thru and professional and efficient people. I was reluctant to change because I’ve been with Cvs pharmacy for so long but I regret not changing sooner.

I feel very comfortable going to this CVS because i can count on employee assistance. Customer service is very important to everyone. CVS employees know what customer care is. Thank you
