We went in to get a cat and was surprisingly disappointed with the unprofessionalism and the lack of follow up. We filled out the application and was told they would think about it and call us the next day. A few days have come and passed and still haven’t heard anything. We were trying to adopt an adult cat and they have tons of them begging for adoption. I’ve heard good things about them and they are no kill so I’ll give them another chance, I hope our next interaction is better.

they have terrible communication skills and the application you fill out is very personal. me and my family found a dog we wanted filled out the application did a meet and greet, they never called me to tell me what was happening with the adoption so I called turns out the adopted him off to another family after they told us we were the only family getting him. better off going to humane society or at this point some shady back door breeder.

Omg the director was rude kept asking for money and asking for more info then said we live to far away said no refund till I informed her I didn’t put one down yet …. Omg this place is creepy also way to let a 15 year old girl down …

--2023-11-10Donated a bunch of fencing my friend helped me removed due to the neighbor putting up a concrete fence. They were very appreciative.

Great place! They take very good care of the animals. We adopted Benny an Boxer hound mix. He is such a good boy and we love him and is loving his new home.

Super people doing a wonderful thing. After losing our trused feline friend of many years, we loved going by to share some love with the cats and see if anything "clicked." Eventually, we adopted two cats and will be forever grateful to these folks. Thanks!!

Wonderful staff working together. Nancy was so very kind today. She let me spend time with not only walking three cuties but more time a alone with them in a room. Love the place and so very clean. Thank you all so very much!!

This adoption process takes a very long time. I have tried to adopt 2 dogs, i meet the requirements and its been a week with no response. I have stopped in 4 times in a week and directly fropped off my vet paperwork but still after a week just WAITING...... makes me want to just go to the humane society which i have successfully adopted in the past with no issues and a smaller adoption fee.
