“Went 2 family dollar to buy laundry Detergent and a special kind of coffee they carry. Couldn't find the coffee so I asked the Cashier a very nice friendly respectful girl by the name of Tiffany where it is. She took me 2 where it was supposed 2b but guess they were out. So I went 2 get the detergent and she asked me if everything was OK. She is a big asset to Family dollar and the reason I will b going back to this store instead the one closer 2 me.”

“Great store for a variety of items with prices that even Walmart can't beat. The only thing that could be improved would be the ordering (?) of items whose "spot" on the shelf sits empty for weeks. I don't know how their operation works, if it's solely in the hands of corporate, or if it's as simple as putting in an order (I doubt that though).Please don't misunderstand; this store has a great line of products, but I shop for certain items whose little slot can sit empty for weeks. When I ask a salesperson, I always get the same answer: that when "the truck" comes, what's on it is what they get and that's that. The employees don't seem to have any recourse. And I can say it's pretty much the same at a few other DGs that I've frequented.These are good stores - but I wish there were a way to know when items are going to be replenished.”

“I visited this store to buy food. DG has made improvements to this place, including new coolers, new signage, and slight shelving rearrangement. The shelves are stocked well and there are lots of options. The only thing I wish would’ve changed during the revamp was getting their yellowed, pitted floor tiles replaced throughout the store and getting new shopping carts, as all the ones inside the store had stripped wheels. The cashier who served me today was very pleasant and helpful.”

“First time here and I find it really convenient how close all the stores are. I walked to where I needed to go. They have a big selection of things I dont usually see at Family dollars back from where I am from. Only thing I just didn't like as much was the attitude of the employees but besides that I would definitely go back for more stuff.”
