Paid them $138 to balance my tires, waited almost two hours, my vehicle still shook horribly. I couldn't get back there for a week because of my schedule, but when I did they had the audacity to charge AGAIN so they could actually fix it right, and I had to wait another hour and a half.
Proved two things: 1- it could be fixed if you pay attention to your job and, 2- they obviously didn't balance them the first time.
Total BS that I have to pay twice for one job, never bringing them my business again, nor recommend them again.

I had a flat down the road from Elpex and triple A wouldn’t come for 2 hours. Elpex sent a truck out air in my tire so I could get there and they fixed it right away. The very best service I’ve ever had at any car/tire repair shop.

Friendly ex-Marine that would have given me a veteran discount if I needed an alignment but I did not. Got an alignment not too long ago and just purchased new tires so I figured I would need another one. All that was needed was a slight adjustment on the toe. I was charged nothing but I tipped the mechanic. Good people that specialize in alignments and they are open on Saturdays. I will definitely go back should I need an alignment down the road. I highly recommend this place. Thanks fellas.

I arrived early morning first come first serve. I tried to get my aftermarket wheels on my truck amd the technician and front desk was very helpful. They were able to balance my tires correctly after a previous tire shop was unable. The two technicians were very helpful, I wasn’t able to install the rims and tires because I had the wrong lugs. Being even at that the front desk was able to provide me information for what I needed! Definitely going back! And most important that did things right! Thanks again happy thanksgiving to all.
