I made an appointment for this location for this past Sunday . and was never told that 10/05/25. Sundays they are cash only not once was I advised anything when i made the appointment and there is only one small sign posted. Another issue is that one of my nails chipped and the other polish came off all with in 2 days. Never again do i recommend this place.

I have never written a bad review ever but if I can save someone the time money and disappointment I am all for it. To start off I came in for a gel polish change on toes and gel refill on hands the toes came out ok but when I tell you I cannot believe the person who did my nails would ever allow a customer to walk out with the work he did all my nails were different sizes the polish was sloppy and way to bulky. I complained before leaving but it obviously was not an issue to them so as soon as I left and got home I called the salon to complain once again and was told to go back in and that they would fix it long story short after coming back in I left again unsatisfied! And not to mention they are so rude and do not care about the customers needs! The first picture is right after I left and the second picture is after they “fixed it” please save your time and money and go elsewhere!

I was charged $23 for only a polish change because frank didn’t let the gel cure! I was there the day before and they didn’t not honor the amount! In total I don’t $89. I will NEVER VISIT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! Absolutely unacceptable

Yesterday Wednesday the 9th my daughter and I went an got our nails done an i also got a pedicure and eye brow wax spending $227 on the service just for my nails to pop off that night and today one of my nails popped off and now my thumb i spent $90 on my nails and to be honest it's not worth it i will call tomorrow to let her know, but from here on out I'm going to PSL nails cause they know how to do Gel-X nails the right way cause they never popped off the only reason why I went to 1st Nails is because the salon that I usually go to was closed of the hurricane

Very very UNPROFESSIONAL! I came here today to get a Toe Polish with Gel, usually a 20-30 min job not even. Ended up spending a hour in the shop because they decided to have someone new playing on my feet when I asked them was he new and they told me no (everybody needs to learn so nothing against that). I kept my composure because I needed my toes done and had somewhere to be at a certain time but the other workers kept starring at me and seen I was getting upset. The boy who did my toes took 40 mins to shape my toes and I’m not even over exaggerating and then he finally was going to polish and kept removing the polish and re polishing so I finally said something and told them I will pay for whatever he done so far because I had to go, they finally sent a girl with experience to finish off what he was doing and she didn’t even do a great job herself. And I told the manager how upset I was and she didn’t even care just she proceeded to do what she was doing and just said “sorry” like I didn’t want it to be free but it was the principle of the situation they are money hungry and don’t care about they customers, they need to train the guy a little more because they all pissed me the hell off I will never recommend this place EVER!

My daughter and I came here..6/8/24They did not know how to do the simple design she wanted..and honestly it was the worst service we have had. All she wanted was flames and she left with plain white nails on her toes and hands we paid 164.09 for manicure and pedicure gel ..lady doing my nails must have been a rookie..all of them must have been..door stated grand opening ao we wanted to try them..we both wanted to stop service after our toes were done..but,didnt want to be rude.. do not come to this place you will be dissapointed...i mean didnt really cut my cuticles back.and this was suppose to be a manicure and pedicure....lady didnt speak english..I kept having to ask guy to tell her this or that..just a horrible experience I cant make this up..drilling something on the wall while customers are in shop. Just ghetto..and i will neeeeeeeeeever come back to this crappy shop ever again..its not ok thst you charge these prices and couldnt do a very simple design..close this shop and get your crap together!!!!

My mother and I went for a pampering day for our birthdays! The service was wonderful and they were very friendly! We both got volcano pedicures and it was amazing!

My nails look bad! I got a fill and a pedicure. They are so slow. Sloppy too! And rude. They are only cash salon . I won’t go back. Only went cause they were open on Sunday. They are more worried about money than doing a good job. Terrible place. Mean people:(

This PLACE SUCKS !!! Rude Rude Rude ! Only care about the money .. nails and toes plus lashes look a mess fort pierce needs fashion nails back to high in price for nasty work ! Don’t waste your time or money ! Only reason they got 1 star is because I needed it to write the review
