I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase of a comfortable mattress and handsome leather recliner. Kari Elmquist was knowledgeable, friendly and assisted me with my selection. It was an extremely positive, no pressure experience. The furniture is beautifully displayed in an open, spacious design. I've shopped at Havertys in the past and have always been completely satisfied with my purchase. The leather recliner I purchased was exactly what I hoped to find. The mattress I selected I believe will definitely provide a restful night sleep. Thanks Kari and Havertys for a great shopping experience.

Colleen was great to work with. We ordered a memory foam full size hide-a-bed couch. She was extremely knowledgeable, informed us of all the benefits of its construction and sent us home with numerous upholstery samples to see how it would appear in our own environment. She also assured us that their delivery team could get it to its intended spot despite some restrictive areas. She was a true pleasure to work with as was your finance employee.

Kari helped us have a wonderful experience while choosing accent chairs and a love seat for our sitting room. We are very picky about fit, feel, and color, and Kari was so patient and helped us check all our boxes! We even found an accent table to compliment the couch and chairs!

Waking out the door a woman sitting at the desk (perhaps receptionist) exchanged glances with my salesperson that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I asked my salesperson what that was all about and she did not respond. Most of my furniture purchases have been at Baer’s and I think I will continue to shop with them. Perhaps a little education and manners is needed at Haverty’s in Fort Pierce.

We've had such a wonderful experience working with the team at the Fort Pierce Havertys. We initially stopped in to look at a lamp. Colleen, with her warm personality, met us at the door and the connection was immediate. She listened to us and took the time to look up our previous purchases to understand our likes and dislikes, then guided us through the store. As we struggled over whether or not items would fit in our home, she shared with us the benefit of using their FREE design services. Sharon, the resident design wizard came out to our home. She and Colleen walked our space, took pictures and measurements, and listened to our vision. A week later Sharon, designed rooms that perfectly fit our lifestyle and personality. It has been such a joy to work with this dynamic duo. Sharon perfectly captured our vision and now we absolutely love our home. The purchase process was so easy because Havertys offers a "home lay away" option. Elaine in the finance department, is so good at her job and she couples that with a really fun personality! But the cherry on top was the delivery team. Nate and Charles showed up on time and got right to work. These guys were so easy going and hardworking. Not satisfied with just assembling furniture, they advised us on the couch and rug placements, a real help so we weren't left rearranging after they left. The whole Havertys team, from the front door greet to the delivery, has been an absolute joy. Well done!

Lily was very friendly and patient. She was highly interactive and understanding, especially considering I had my kids with me. We made a one-stop, first stop for dining room hunting, and she sealed the deal. It was a pleasure to stop by.
