They booked me for a rental at noon, but they close at noon, and they moved, but the reservation contained the old address, so I missed the pickup and they closed. Nobody called me to check with me, and I spent 2 hours and 45 minutes on the phone with Hertz, only for them to charge me for a smaller car with a higher price from a different location. I’m so mad, my family got stranded, and Hertz took absolutely no responsibility for their total failure to do the right thing. The customer service rep also promised me 1900 points for the inconvenience and then removed over 4000 points instead. I am livid. Do not use this company.

Overall, this is a decent place to rent a car. Decent prices for car rental. Better than most in my opinion. Good customer service.

I’ve rented from Hertz multiple times, and I’m always impressed by the level of service. The staff in the office are consistently fast, professional, and efficient—making the entire process smooth from start to finish. This time, I was especially happy with the vehicle I received. It was clean, well-maintained, and drove beautifully. Hertz continues to deliver reliable service and quality vehicles, and I’ll definitely be returning for future rentals. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would the young man that sit on the left have no customer service qualifications whatsoever he should have just stay home today with his bad attitude.

This place not a good for car rental because they never have a car ,if you book from you AAA membership in discount price and they try to cancel the reservation or they just extend the time like I suppose to pick the car at 10:30 they were like the car is not available they say extend the time like 2:00 pm or they try to cancel the reservation . After that they just tell car is not available . Not good

I had a reservation, but I was informed that my Chime credit card was not accepted, yet they charged it and told me to get a refund. I was trying to get home after Christmas. Very upset. Luckily, I had my son with me, and he had an accepted credit card, so they switched over the reservation over to him, or we would have been stuck and unable to go to work. Very bad way to do business in my book. We waited 30-45 minutes for a reserved vehicle. Worst experience ever!

Terrible and unprofessional. I had made a reservation that was confirmed multiple times via email and text. 2 hours before I was supposed to pick up my rental, Mark calls me to tell me he had no rental for me! I asked how this is possible given it was confirmed. He didn’t care, and was inconsiderate. He didn’t offer to try and find another rental from another location. He made no attempt to correct the horrific situation he caused. I said I was going to file a complaint and he laughed. This place, the manager, and the service is awful. They left me without a car which I had reserved way in advance and they caused me serious issues and ruined by day with no concern or solution.
