Not happy with the paint department. Girl at the department has been so rude the two times we been there. I wish they could go through training in customer service.

Ordered impact windows from theses folks Sept 15, 2020 - as I sit here - Nov 3, 2021 after several 15 months of incorrect measurements, incorrect product orders, and 3x of just flat out forgetting to place the manufacturing order on their part. I waited patiently and excitedly for my windows to come after 15 long months - only to find out that the order had never been placed!!! And Phillip Piligram is the final one to blame!!! I'm at a loss of what to do - they have my money. If I can save one person from going through this ordeal - please do not use Home Depot - especially Treasure Coast Home Depot's for are any project.

Horrible place to work with for flooring... installers came out twice to do the job but Home Depot screwed everything up on their end. Home depot measured wrong first time , second time they sent installers out with the old plans. We ended up canceling the whole project.

I am a single senior lady and on Jan 6th I was sold a condo at the Colonades with a "washer dryer hook up" on Jan 20 I went on online to purchase a washer dryer unit and a lot of research. When the unit was delivered I saw no way to hook it. Up. I told the gentleman not to leave it. Next thing I know he was in the house leaving it. I signed. I was frightened. Now I tried to return it to home depot and was told I couldn't because of buyer's remorse. So not true. Then the only was they would take it back was for me to pay a 15 percent restocking fee and $100 pick up fee. Well I had no choice. Be aware of the deception that comes from the store. Be aware. The longest time I had to wait to just pick up an online order. This Home Depot has the worst customer service. Only one person handling the pick up order! Unbelievable!! Do not buy online and pick up from this store!

Home depot is terrible for customer service!!!! My 74 year old father loaded 10 16 foot boards, 4 10 foot boards, 20 concrete blocks and 37 decking boards, all the while 4 home depot workers standing within a few feet of him. Not one employee offered to help. He checked out, no one offered to help him load it in his vehicle. Other customers in the parking lot were willing to help. Pretty sad when you can't get any assistance from not 1 employee. Please share this post.

No one at Ft. Pierce Home Depot would assist my aunt in purchasing a refrigerator today. Worse, “Roger” was extremely rude and dismissive to her. She is a widowed Senior Citizen trying to make a big purchase and there is NO excuse for this mistreatment. She left and bought her refrigerator from another store where they were happy to answer her questions. Ft. Pierce Home Depot, you should be ashamed.

I recommend that the associates listen when a customer wants to arrange payment on a purchase. Yesterday, 3-24-19, I purchased a new frig and a new dishwasher. I wanted to put $1200.00 toward the bill but the associate ran the entire bill on a new Home Depot card and my check wasnt accepted. That $1200 would have brought my bill down to $1665.00 approximatly but when the store could not process the check because actually I didnt have a Home Depot credit card at that time. My daughter has my check and will try to go to the store and hopefully an account will be open and she can put that amount on my balance. I just want to see a lower amount that I owe as I am 76 years old and I would have to say that this is my last appliance in this lifetime , I hope.

Debbie in self check out today was having a bad day. She banged her scanner on my dads cart. Then a lady needed help on the self checkout and she had a rude attitude instead of showing her how to use it. And before we left it was a problem to go over and scan a item that a customer couldnt pick up because it was too heavy. Debbie go home! U dont belong in retail.

Worst appliance experience of my life. Two delivery men deliver a washer dryer to my house....to install. Which we paid for. After unhooking the old washer...which was working perfectly...they decided they were unable to install the new one. I said...ok, take it back. They then re hooked up the old washer. But it now leaks all over the place. And Home Depot tells us that that same company will call us to arrange to fix it. Home Depot claims we have to deal with the delivery company. How the hell is that? I PAID Home Depot. They are now pawning us off on this other company. I would advise NEVER use Home Depot. You pay them....but they claim 'someone else' will have to take care of any problems.

Horrible Customer Service, many products are not in stock, usually back-ordered. Self Check-out is a cheesy way to have fewer cashiers, very inconvenient, hard to use. Employee that was overseeing Self Check-Out was completely useless. Will never go back.
