mixi was very knowledgeable about the new tax changes and a very pleasant young lady to work with .on the negative side of things the office is very small and the chatter from other clients is very annoying. maybe jackson hewitt can find a bigger office so that the clients are not sitting on top of each other .

My experience at Jackson Hewitt was very professional. The staff was very knowledgeable and confident about preparing my taxes. The atmosphere was very nice and the office was very clean. I would choose Jackson Hewitt in The Fort Pierce office at 2057 US1 again next year. Ms. Vivian Mims is my taxprepayer and she goes over and beyond to make sure you are getting the maximum amount of refund.
