Not open 24hrs. As I’m writing the review I asked an employee that was showing up if they were open as another employee unlocked the door for them, they both looked at me, slammed the door and locked it again. This was at 545am on a sunday morning

Open roads didn't work at pump so had to go inside where clerk was helpful and didn't take long but still inconvenient.

Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
Coming out from the restroom, I heard someone say, “don’t use that language in front of customers”. I was a little confused on what was going on, but was waiting for my daughter to come out from the restroom. During that, I witnessed STORE MANAGER Lisa humiliating a man, who we now know as a maintenance employee, Andreas. She spoke very loudly- practically yelled, in front of the entire store.
She essentially said that the pumps are down, they aren’t working because he had turned pump 22 off, that she had already told him he needed turn on the pumps so the rest of them would work(?), all in a very nasty manner.
He said a simple “yes ma’am” and headed out the door.
Then she made a snide remark, saying that “it just takes a little common sense”.
Not long afterward, another employee, asked an innocent question about a discount that she’d seen other people getting. Apparently this baffled Lisa, because she had a “I-can’t believe-you-really-asked-that” type of ‘tude. Lisa “explained” that the employee couldn’t receive the discount, because it was a truck-driver’s appreciation(?) thing. Again, yelling.
This behavior is extremely abusive and unnecessary, and I know it was intentional because when I spoke to her, her demeanor was totally different. When I asked for her name, she was polite and her volume was way lower than when she was berating her employees. As a store manager, she should know better. It almost seems as though she’s trying to tank the team morale.

Despite all of the reviews I’m seeing, the bathroom was pretty clean, might’ve just came at a decent time. However, the reviews regarding manager Lisa are pretty accurate.
I came out from the bathroom and heard what I thought was a customer and employee having a disagreement. So I turn the corner, and the woman with blonde hair, Miss Lisa, is yelling at another woman about how a discount will not be applied because said discount is for truck-drivers only.
Took me a minute to realize that they’re both behind the counter, and the presumed customer is actually an employee being talked to as if she’s rock-minded just because she misunderstood. I’d also like to add that the female employee talked way lower than the manager, as well as seemed to speak in a way that would prevent the situation from escalating (which was allowing the manager to talk down to her and make short, simple remarks). Seem like they’re used to this behavior.
The emphasized distinction between employee & customer is important because she seemed REAL nice when my mom came up to ask her about her name + the male employee’s she had berated before I came out of the bathroom.

The store manager ms.Lisa was very very rude to the employees she was yelling at Andreas over a simple matter degrading him infront of everyone and all the other employees she needs her position taken from her. Mr.andreas stayed calm and said yes ma’am to everything she was yelling at him I think someone as calm and sweet as him deserves to be store manager over that rude lady!! She gives the store a bad impression nobody wants to come to a store where a lady is yelling LET ALONE THE STORE MANAGER!!??

Good prices for gas on the road especially if you register in the app and get 10¢ off per gallon. Always close to an exit. Restrooms are clean. Supplies and treats for the road are always available. Car refuelling and truck refuelling are separate...nice. We use Love's Travel Stops often during road trips and have always been pleased.

Cramped at the jump time (otr trucker) of 2am for me for about 2 times per week for 2 years. Not busy at the time, but the coffee isn't that great at 2am. But this place gets five stars for how kind they are across the country.

Cleanliness and store overall great, Manager Lisa was extremely confrontational about coffee paid for on the mobile app. Other than that truly 4 stars ⭐️

Staff was pretty excellent. Swift service.
Hot 🥵 coffee ☕️ chilled creamer.
Restroom 🚽 was dusted and disgusted.
