I visited this tire shop along with my husband. Very clean and organized. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. I did not like William. The day we came in this location was very busy . This guy is snappy and rude. Thinks he knows it all. Gives out wrong information and than lies when he is confronted about it. He watches the techs struggle and doesn’t even try to help. I noticed how clean his uniform was compared to the other guys ! He said “I’m not a mechanic “ well why are you giving out information like you are one! Who ever hired this guy needs to be fired ! Nasty William is what I named him. Literally beats on the desk and raps ! So unprofessional! Uses profanity infront of the customers Knows absolutely nothing but gives out information like he is a mechanic . At one point I had to ask was he a manager because the manager was busting his butt and William was standing around watching like he was supervising the shop!
The only reason I give 3 stars is because everyone else was pleasant. But if I had to rate William alone I would give him 0 stars . He had the mentality of a bully GET RID of this guy and your shop would be 5 stars

If you’re an O/O I recommend you look somewhere else for service. Before I go into detail about the bad, I want to acknowledge Bruno and William for offering exceptional service . They were helpful and I appreciate them. On the other hand; he manager Francisco got upset because I was told that if I purchase my own oil and filters , the PM will be $100 instead of the $800 they wanted to charge . Once again, this was for a PM. The moment. Francisco realized I had my own fuel his whole attitude changed from helpful to upset for whatever reason. As an O/O we’re in business to make money not just throw it away to benefit other people. I felt extremely disrespected and I think whoever is in charge needs to retrain the entire staff.

for the love of God, get new overnight management. Instead of fixing the weak coffee, that the new hire made wrong, but to wanted to argue.
We been there 5 days waiting for our load, every other shift I met are all super friendly and helpful including the Arbys staff.
Oh and fix your broken down washer.

11/19/25 i stopped here and fueled and showered saw this weird guy pulled in front of my truck in this old white Tahoe with number 3 on the back window and looked at me and wrote something down on a pad off my truck and kept riding around in circles I’m a woman driver it frightened me with all the sex trafficking going on I left and parked somewhere else just to get away from him I was planning to get up and eat breakfast and leave. Never had this experience at no loves travel stores all over the country. Loves I don’t know what yall have going on at this location but it made me have a bad experience left me in fear..

Hope all is well, but I have some questions.
1. Do you let the drivers know that they are not allow to park on your parking lot for no more than 24hours?
2. If so, do you require the t
Ow company you have working you lot to call those driver to move there trucks?
3. If you request them to call the driver they do a poor job at letting them know.
4. Driver make or brake truck stops big or little. All they have to do is complain about the business enough and they stop coming. I have a solution. Allocate a number of spots for 2 hours, 4hours, 10 hours, than 24 hours. In turn your letting the drivers know that it not a Permanent spot.
5. This way there is no surprise when the driver goes to pick up has truck.

I only took a shower there was 3 people waiting for the shower before me so I waited about 45 minutes and then took a shower and I got this crap! Next time I am just going to flying J this is ridiculous so that means we are not allowed to get a 10 hour break anymore also you need to post reserved parking or something like that because I wasn’t aware of this!

I called 26 July /2025 100 miles away talk to Bruno on phone and explain him in details about my truck lights are not working he put me on hold said let me ask laim Mecanic on duty after while he came said yes bring your truck we will find out the problems I came talk to laim said it will be about 2 hours wait no one called after 3 hours I called talk to laim he said I can not do it tonight you need to wait till tomorrow next day I walk in again talk to Mathew he said wait about one hour because laim put the note I need to check in tomorrow again how sick someone laim can be? I am still waiting just for half an hour diagnose laim told me $75 waiting last 24 hours let's see what happens then I continue my story finely thank GOD meet with Mecanic Anthony Clark got diagnose with details explanation I give him $20 tip he did his best try to solve the problem and recommend to go mack dealership since it's almost a brand new truck
