Marcela waited on us. Kinda helpful, kinda not. Now, she's on Her phone looking like she's texting something rude about Us as customers. Not cool, honey. I imagine if one of her friends walked in the door that she'd replace this charger. But not for us? Hm. I see you have distracted employees who seem disconnected, discontent, Not wanting to be at their jobs and I'm wondering why y'all are still paying this girl to be so rude and text at work. We will come back when you're in a more hospitable mood. We May have needed additional receipts to achieve what we needed to, however it's slightly ridiculous to simply be told "no, we can't help you."

It was great! Like always. I been a loyal customer for years I needed a new phone and they recommended a nice phone. Very sweet pretty Ladies and they are very helpful! You should stop in give them a try they are awesome!

It is close by. That's the only good thing I can say. I went there on Wednesday 5/25 to buy a fast charger. Without even looking at my phone, he brought back a charger. It was a C type, incompatible with my phone. Went back the next day, and a different employee said (without even looking) we don't have that type. She made a call, then told me the manager would bring some to this store. Today, the man who sold me the wrong charger was there. I told him the girl yesterday said the manager would bring what I needed. These chargers come with a cord. He found a charger, asked if I had a cord, then took the cord out of the box and put it in a drawer. I paid $38 for the box...charger & cord. But I guess the metro employee needed it more than me. Basically stealing from the customer.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The lady who helped fix my account two months ago was great and got it fixed right away in just a few seconds.But recently I had brought in a phone to be activated. I asked several times is this phone compatible? I was told yes. The next day I discovered I couldn't send pictures through text so I went back to see why. The guy who was there told me "this phone isn't compatible ". I wish I had been told the day before that the phone wasn't compatible. Ended up wasting money on activation fees on the incompatible phone and having to pay activation fees on the new phone that I ended up having to buy.

They was very nice but my problem was not solved. My service still does not work. They told me when I get home and if doesn't work. Call metro which would be my second time. I feel the should have call metro for me that would have been great customer services . That is going out of you way.

Alyx was helpful and very consistent that we get into my account, due to me forgetting my pin # and security answer. Calling customer service took over 45 minutes or more, she patiently wait until she got the issue resolved..
