The hours posted online reflect the business closes at 4:30. We arrived at 4:17 to purchase mulch and was told that we arrived 2 minutes past the time they would load. This is not the customer service this small business is looking for. Not that it means anything to you but you don't have to worry about us returning. We wish you the best.

We had mixed feelings. Great service when we were out in the yard looking at different types of stones. Representative asked what we were using the product for and helped us weigh the options. Once we were inside the office, it was very different. The experience was less than optimal. Because of this we went to another supplier. We received a better quote and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

Excellent service and great prices! My husband and I had to redo our driveway and there was a bit of a miscommunication when placing the order, but Midway worked with us to get it right. I look forward to using them for future projects (in which there are a LOT around here!)

I purchased some 10 yards of pebbles and the driver backed up on my driveway and damaged it and now they are telling me that I am responsible for the repair. Because they are not responsible for deliveries beyond the curbline. But no one wants to explain why the driver didn't dump where he should have. Very unprofessional people who doesn't care about their customers. The owner didn't even want to talk to me and kept saying they aren't responsible for deliveries beyond the curbline. Will never do business with them again.

On Sept. 19th we purchased a truck load of gravel. We specifically told them to call us ahead of time because the gravel was for the backyard. Never received a call and when we got to the house the gravel was delivered. They dumped it right in front of the driveway. We couldn’t even park the cars in our own driveway. When we called to complain the receptionist not professional at all told us to wheel barrow it to the back. Imagine how many wheel barrows will it take to haul a truckload of gravel on an acre lot. Very rude, unprofessional service. NEVER purchase from them. Their service sucks. Not only spend the money on the gravel but now rent a backhoe to move all that out of the way because they couldn’t follow simple instructions. All we got was am sorry but there isn’t anything we can do… NEVER AGAIN!!!

I bought 3/4 river rock its fair to say the mix was off. Alot of pebbles @ 235 a yard. This was the 3 load I bought over 3 months. I might have to look elsewhere..
