Extremely cool guy who charges very fair prices. He is extremely busy which is the reason why he might not be able to pick up the call but he will be there from Monday to Friday to help you out. Appreciated his business alot and will definitely go here again if I'm having a problem

Mike went above and beyond to get my custom pc put together after my failed attempt. Showed up to his shop with a half put together pc that i couldn't figure out what i had did wrong. He was able to determine i had hardware issues and was able to get it working with the new part. Mike is the person you want to take your PCs to for any issues

Each time I make a call, there’s no response, and I can’t leave a voicemail because the box is full. Surprisingly, he suggests someone should be available from 12-6, yet the office is consistently empty. I managed to speak to him yesterday face to face because he was not answering the phone, but he left early. He advised me to return today, yet the office is locked. This level of unprofessionalism is frustrating. It feels like a gamble whether he’ll be present or not. Even when he commits to being there, he’s often absent.
