We needed a more custom design, so we emailed the dimensions and needs to the designer. He reached out within hours! Talk about customers come first! We worked together to give us exactly what we wanted while being sure it was structurally sound. He was with us every step of the way! Once the pieces arrived a couple were damaged in the shipping process but Paul immediately got on the phone with us and sent replacement pieces at no charge! We couldn't have asked for more! We will continue to use him and his team on future projects! We really cannot say enough good things about DFS design!”
