If I could hit a minus....it would be there.
There is a young "lady" who works there, that has the personality of a dead frog.... EXTREMELY RUDE, to her co-workers and customers. I literally thought something was wrong with her. James was doing a GREAT job, she yanks the phone out of his hand, takes the computer over, and behaves like she knows "all".... She didn't know "jack"!! I will not EVER go back in that store...ever. I spent just under $200........That "kid" needs a lesson on how to be a human. Pitifull personnel at this location. Just disgusting.

Sean, a manager, there, came out, tested my battery and alternator. The car was towed to Pep Boys, where they wanted me to wait three hours just to tell me if my battery was bad or not.
