Most incompetent , unprofessional, and uneducated crew. Took in a diesel when they don’t have a diesel mechanic did not finish my ac repair after diagnosis in December say they don’t do electrical work aren’t ACE certified and than gave me quotes for work that a non existent mechanic would do. I’m still wondering what was the point of taking in my truck only thing new was that the GM stands behind all of this??? And the electric work done on one headlight was a favorite because they don’t have an electrical mechanic??? Why take it in ????

I made an appointment online at 3:00 pm, but when I arrived for my appointment they did not attend to me because they did not want to and did not have vehicles to attend to.

From the moment I walked in at 9am in the morning everyone was so helpful and happy to help. Lasharde helped check me in to get a new tire put on and an oil change. He worked quickly and efficiently to get me checked in and his customer service was excellent.
I only waited about 90 minutes till my car was finished and Shanell checked me out. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I would definitely go back.

The fact that I was able to call and get answered immediately is more than most places in town. Pep-Boys has amazing prices and was able to get my family and I set up with two new tires on the same day within less than 40 minutes. (That’s from arrival - out the door)
Pep-boys is truly a dying breed and I highly recommend their services because they cared about my families situation. Huge thanks to Shay-Shay and the whole team for saving us during a difficult time. Much blessings!! 🖤 (I will forever be grateful) 🥹

I've only been once and will never go back. I had an issue with my vehicle and yes they were the only ones at the moment to get me in ASAP to work on the issue with my vehicle. They gave me a list of things that need to be done (over 3,000 of work) I told them I only needed to be fix what was causing the issue they told me would be $500+ to fix for that particular problem. I went ahead and got it done trusting that they were being honest. I went home and vehicle was still acting bad I called them and now all of a sudden " in small print" the manager Gabe said that the Mechanic said could be this other issue. I seen that the were just a money gig so I finally went back to where I normally go and what pep boys told me was wrong, was not. A lost of $500 and car was not fix. Firestone got me right though. I will never go back to pep boys nor I would never recommend them.
