We have not had a good experience at all. I was told the person we are dealing with is the Branch Manager. He had awful communication skills. I understand we all get busy, but he has told us he’ll call us back on 4 separate occasions. Even after I made an extra trip the the bank to check on something he said it would take 24 hours to process. He still has not called us back once. He has wasted two weeks of our time. My advice is avoid this location.

This why you should read google reviews before you go to any business establishment STOP let me save you some time and frustration do not open a bank account at this PNC me and my schedule an appointment with Ronnie Cruz bank manager to open a business account and a line of credit and credit card. I did my research before coming into the bank this should a 24 hour process it’s been 2 week nightmare we still have no credit cards we still have no line of credit and my deposit for my new account was nightmare they took the money out my Chase account to put a hold on my money when my calm to ask why the had to verify the funds but we said how our you verify funds you already have in your bank? that’s when I realized this was a bad idea. I knew it was bad idea when me and my was leaving after meeting with Mr Cruz that day when I seen another customer ripping him apart like she was very unhappy I told my with that’s not a good look. He over promise and under deliver my had to call him and check on update of our account he never called us back once. Whoever is in charge of PNC need to send help to this branch asap I am scared I gave this guy our information so if anybody at the top of this organization can give me a contact information please do because this bank is crumbling and bed business for PNC. The worst banking experience ever so far in my life.

The absolute worst run bank. I’m so sad they are the bank i did my loan with bc there is zero customer service and they closed the decent one by my house. i would give zero stars if possible. that’s a more realistic review

Calling whole day atleast 7 times for Notary inquiry on 05/11, no one is picking up the call. Please disconnect the phone connection and save your money.

Highly disappointed with this location! We’ve been PNC customers for decades. Teller was extremely rude with her response to me asking why they don’t ever answer the phone. Tried to contact them for several days and a dozen phone attempts. Not impressed! Wanted to open safety deposit box. Called several Vero beach locations and they all answered within 4 rings and were polite. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this location!!

I want to thank Demi was such a great help and all you do. She welcome with a smile and even offer me a lollipop. I explane to her how I was felt about my experience at the Orange Blossom Mall branch. She apologized and she went way above and beyond to correct their mistakes ( shame on pnc orange blossom mall ) She took her time to take care of me. I left and then came back 30 min later and she was nice to help me again I love the fact she gave me such wonderful service i will be returning to the Virginia Avenue and US one branch. Great job and wonderful team.

Irma was very snippy & rude to me. I work for a small local business that drafts its checks off of PNC bank. Unfortunately they don't offer direct deposit. Recently a co-worker of mine opened up a bank account at PNC. For a few weeks now I've been cashing my check against her account to avoid paying a 2% a fee. (My checks are not small.) Today I went in as I normally would and out of nowhere Irma advised me that she will no longer allow me to sign my check over to my co-worker. That ot was a courtesy she's not going to continue. She was very rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. All of this came without warning. She even offered for me to open an account with her! Needless to say I told her that she gave me a bad taste about the bank and I would never consider banking with them based on this experience. My next step is to contact the bank manager. Some people are miserable at their job & it shows!

Best banking experience that I have ever received at PNC bank was with Ms Glenda Robinson. Ms Robinson was professional, knowledgeable and very caring in resolving my banking needs. She went over and beyond to help me with some paperwork that I needed
