I was Solicited by a Mailer, told that I Qualified for my Reward Several times. Only to be told after the 90 Days that I am not qualified. No Branch Managers to help me, I find one ant another Branch only to wait days to talk to someone at Corporate, just to be told No sorry you did not qualify. I had 2 Employees say I did and 2 said I did'nt. The Worse Bank Experience in my Life. Will never ever do Business with these people.

I LOVE this bank! First time in years that I can call and receive a LIVE person and I don't have to hold but MAYBE one minute if at all! They're VERY polite and above all, helpful!! I've never had such a great experience with a bank and that was calling them about 8 times because I signed up for an account online and had MANY questions and they answered everyone of them with much knowledge. Looking forward to seeing them in person this week!
