Been here twice in the last week and both times they didn't have any chicken ready, so I got hot fresh chicken and cold old fries.

I want to say what a beautiful experience I had at this location. Rhonda was the most professional and well mannered Popeye's cashier that I have had. She is so sweet and takes such good care of everyone that comes in. The people that were dining were very nice and friendly as well. Great Food, excellent service, and wonderful atmosphere!! I will definitely be back!

Even though we went through the drive thru, we got someone who seemed to have been having a bad time at work. The tone that they used was with the attitude of make your order and go. Upon receiving our order, the food was lukewarm. Besides not having everything we wanted on the menu, you can not get anything to replace what you want.Parking: Never counted the spaces. But there is enough parking space.Kid-friendliness: Not really. It is more of a business oriented.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

This place needs help with hiring employees that actually know how to work with customer service. Looks like a some kind of hang out for employees friends to come and hang out and take up the whole lobby.

Location says it closes at 10 p.m., ordered meal 29 minutes prior to closing time, arrived to pick up meal at 9:36 p.m.The doors on one side of the restaurant were locked, walked to the other side of the building where that door was unlocked and entered, was met with two rude employees, who were quick to speak and not interested in listening to my questions, much less serving. Much of the area behind them was cleaned, so they were clearly finishing up to leave right at 10. I pointed out that I had a mobile order, but the following responses were:-“he sees we ain’t got anything”-“we ain’t got any mobile orders”And-“they (meaning the app) will cancel it.”I left without a confrontation, but have never been treated more disrespectfully as a customer. Will never go to that location again.

It's the worst thing that can happen to you to buy in that place, they take care of you badly, they are upset when you place your order, buy a combo and they throw you in the bags what they want 6 years living in Fort Pierce and the same thing always happens, I think they even spit out the food before delivering it for this reason no restaurant or shop in this city lasts, it's a better garbage the one in Vero Beach a thousand times

The folks at Popeyes are always very nice kind helpful and polite and usually they give you extra piece of chicken too when you order the chicken

Ronda is a beautiful worker. She made our experience wonderful and i will be definitely coming back because of her! She is definitely the Light in this place. She is very fast and efficient and goes the extra mile for customers like me. I am very pleased!

Lady tried to tell me that they don’t sell all wings anymore so no three-piece wings even if I paid $10 apiece? Now I was there two days ago and got it and I’ve been getting it for the past 30 years so they can forget Service from us. I know that doesn’t matter to them, I just know so many people who do not go to that location anymore and I’m just added to that list now

It’s been 5-6 times that I got my order wrong or something is missing in my order. I love popoyes but I think they need to hire good employees. Some of them give rude expressions to their customers. I always try to check my order but sometimes I can’t when I’m in a hurry. We are not getting the food that we’re paying for. Why?! Why can’t they get the order right?! You can make a mistake once or twice but how come so many times! And then when we check our order in front of them the employees make faces! I’m ready to file a complaint about this popoyes to the Department of Environmental Health.

I ordered 2 number ones and specifically asked for large fries and was charged for them and was given 2 small bags of fries with my meal.this isn't the first time this has happened

Need to switch out the nasty lady at the counter. Ordered some nuggets. Waited 20 minutes for nothing. Got a refund and went elsewhere. If you're going to be slow, might as well be nice.The lady working drive thru needs to take over the place. She was the only one who seemed organized and hussled.
