I had an appointment and was a few minutes late, the kiosk required me to check in as a walk in…no problem I understand! What I DID NOT understand was I was #1 on the standby list but the skipped over me, took #2, 3 and 4! Clear out the lobby only to have me sitting in the queue for over 45 minutes. So I followed up with the tech to make sure that I wasn’t being overlooked. I waited some more and finally left w/o getting blood work. Went to SLW Walmart QD to only receive even WORSE service, there I checked in at 8:20 am and left at 11:05 STILL WITH NO BLOODWORK being done! The tech explained that they don’t have control of the queue BUT Quest this is horrible service for anyone to endure! Your Service Que is very flawed! Once I get this order complete I will not be using Quest Diagnostics in the future! I do want to say that the Fort Pierce office was very clean and their staff really worked quickly. However I was not seen at either locations! Sadly!

My wife and I made online appointments. We never received a text message with a link to online checkin, like we had in the past. When we got to the lab before our appointment, we were forced to use the kiosk checkin, while many other patients were "flying" through with their phone checkins. We had printed out our online appointments just in case, but your kiosk was unable to read the QR code on our paper printouts. At the kiosks we both had to start over an re-register for an appointment. Our appointments we originally scheduled for 7:10 AM. My re-registering failed half way through and I was forced to start over. I finally obtained a 7:20 AM appointment but my wife was given a 9AM appointment - 2 hours later. When the tech called my name we told her we were both scheduled for a 7:10 appt, and she took us both. The tech was great. But your appointment scheduling/kiosk systems SUCK COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF PONDWATER! We both have now given up on Quest and will use an alternate testing service from this point forward. No human being should be subjected to your inhumane (no "humans" involved) scheduling and kiosk system!

November 25, 2024 We went to drop off urine specimen. They refused to take container because we didn't have an appointment to "drop off". WE WERE NOT TOLD TO MAKE APPOINTMENT WHEN WE RECEIVED THE EMPTY CONTAINER 2 days ago. Today, we were going to be a 'walk-in' and wait for "next available" appointment just to drop off a red container of urine. This would not have been a problem if we had been told to make appt. when we were given the empty container 2 days ago.
Customer service woman at the 800 number was cold and frankly didn't care. She said we should have known to schedule a drop-off appointment. Huh??? Really?
5 stars for Lexi visit. June 21, 2024. Lexi was amazing. I was so happy to see her. She's been drawing our blood for 25+ years. She's knowledgeable, very skilled and very efficient! I know it's going to be done correctly if she's in charge! We also have confidence in Quest!
January 2024 Wonderful Employees at Coral Squarelocation in Fort Pierce! Most are super knowledgeable. They are kind and professional. Always an upbeat experience to go there for bloodwork.

The wait time today is over an hour and that's with an appointment. This has become the norm. They need to reopen the 25th/MLK Ave location. There were a lot of unhappy people here this morning. Quest can and should do better. This company has no respect for the customer's time.

How is it that you have 2 people working but 6 people scheduled for 7:10. How does that make sense?

Made an appointment and got a reminder text and when I got there they were closed. No indication that they would not be open since they sent me a reminder and check in link. Whoever is running this location has no idea how to run a business.

There is a lady there named Paula with a terrible attitude. She treated me very badly. They should take action. It is not correct towards the clients.

Alexia (I think that was her name) went above and beyond what she had to just to help me out. She is wonderful.

This is the best lab office i've seen. It should be modeled for what to do with a Lab :)

The place was very clean. It was not a long wait. There was many girls working there that make it much easier move fast very helpful. There was someone helping everybody at the Checking station It was a pleasant place to be very helpful very quick, very professional. This will definitely be my location.
