I will never go back to this location. I made a quest account and registered my account and had a hard time making an appointment online. I finally tried it again and made an appt for 3:40. They are open until 4:00. I walked in at 3:35 and no one was in the waiting room. I used all 3 of there check in machines because I couldn’t get properly signed in and ended up on a waiting list. Two other people walked in after me. My name was the first name on the screen to be called. The lady came out and asked my name and then walked away. She came back out and said they don’t have me listed. I showed her a screen shot of my appointment information and she said that won’t work because I need a confirmation code. Mind you they also take walk ins. She was very rude and unprofessional and obviously was done for day. She was almost going to take a man in that was a walk in after me, until I mentioned how that made no sense. I left feeling very stressed because of rudeness and chaos. I walked back in to see where the man was because he didn’t walk back out. They ended up taking him to the back. Unbelievable! Maybe they shouldn’t allow scheduling for a 3:40 appt if they aren’t going to accept a 3:40 appt. I had to leave work early to to get to that appointment.

I have never had an experience like this in my entire life. I am pregnant and I was fasting for my glucose test so I was feeling extremely weak as it was. After getting treated this way I felt like I was going to faint and my hands would not stop shaking.I came in today for my appointment that was made by a Quest rep. After check-in, I was called and the person seeing me, Paula, begins to confirm my information. She could not find my lab order because my first and last name were misspelled when the appointment was made. Additionally, my home address and email were also incorrect. My name was corrected and we moved forward. When Paula confirmed that I would be taking the glucose test (along with a few others), I informed her that I already drank the glucose juice 45 minutes prior to arriving. She explained that for this test, they require me to drink the juice that Quest provides and wait an hour on premises before getting my blood drawn. I explained that the Quest rep that made my appt. specifically told me to follow my doctors instructions and to take the juice that my dr. had given me. Paula gets frustrated and tells me "that isn't how it works." Even though it was a QUEST REP that told me to do it this way. But we move forward anyway.I let Paula know that I was there 2 weeks prior and wanted to make sure I was not repeating any labs that I did on my previous visit. She goes to the next room to have someone check on a separate computer. I overhear her spelling my name to the other quest worker and she spells it incorrectly. I peaked over just let her know she missed my name (otherwise, she would, AGAIN, not find my labs). This is where the line was crossed.I said "sorry to interrupt, my last name is spelled this way ______" With her back to me, she firmly says, "I have your name written on this paper, I got it." I said, "Okay, I just wanted to let you know because I heard you say it out loud and it was incorrect." She turns to me, raises her hand pointing to the other room and condescendingly yells "I have it right here, I am looking it up now, go to the other room!" She was extremely rude and unprofessional and I let her know. She continued to speak strongly toward me and said that she would not be touching me or doing my bloodwork. I waited for the next available rep.Paula was clearly frustrated from the beginning. I should have been the one upset after having both of my names spelled incorrectly, having a false address and email input, given false instructions for my glucose test and treated poorly because of it, and dealing with Paula who was visibly annoyed and giving me attitude when it all came down to THE QUEST REP who made these mistakes. This was the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I have ever experienced! At my previous appointment Bianca took care of me and has also done labs for my husband, she was FANTASTIC. The rep that saw me today after all of the issues, Widline, was also great.

This is one of the worst places to go for bloodwork. It appears that this is the only place to go in Fort Pierce. I came in at 9:30 for my 11:30 appointment because I was fasting. I’m now typing this at 12:20 and there are 7 people still ahead of me. I think they book too many appointments. Definitely search for appointments in Vero and Pt. St. Lucie before coming here.

This place is so unprofessional. Be ready for long waits and bad attitudes. It’s the truth, they will speak to you horribly. I don’t understand why these women won’t get another job if they hate their job so much. I literally see people walking around and laughing while people are trying to get their labs done. Seek another location, you’ll get better service. This is the “hood” version of Quest.

Make sure you bring any necessary doctor forms before you get there when I went in for my appointment they told me I couldn't do anything unless I had a doctor's form. Nothing against them but this needs to be clearly stated on the website when I went to book my appointment nothing on the website made me aware of the forms I needed to bring it wasn't until later when I'm at the actual appointment and someone is telling me where to go on the website to find said form did I know about it

You'd think after paying hundreds of dollars, they would at least get your appointment times a little right. Show up 15 mins early like message said. It's now 25 mins after my appointment time. 40 mins total. Keep you updated. Don't use this Quest if you can avoid it. Horribly disorganized, and there are like 25 plus people waiting. ??UpdateWaited 50 mins total5 mins to draw blood and staff was polite. Still people everywhere.

Made my appointment online, showed up on time, easy to sign in at the kiosk. They were ready for me 5 minutes before my appt time, easiest blood draw I've ever had, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Results from my CBC were ready in a few hours and easy to access online. Literally no issues, for which I'm very grateful after seeing the low reviews

I made an appointment for 10:40am, was greated at the door and helped by a nice staff member, who scanned in my QR code from appointment email. The lobby was packed! But I only, Waited about 10minutes to be seen and went right back. They have it down to a system and with an appointment was wonderful and quick. Got results back in 24hrs! Great location.

Visited this place yesterday (Jun 23), and all of the bad reviews were unfortunately true. The staff were condescending, at least, the few staff that were actually there. The text message that you are sent contains the address for you to use your GPS. The address takes you to the wrong place and you'll end up next to a random storage yard on US 1. Because of this, I was late to my appointment, and was forced to sign in as a walk-in. I tried to call ahead to explain that I would be late and why, but nobody answered the phone and I got a message saying their voice-mail was not set up. After waiting for a while, the staff came out and said they were no longer seeing people. After explaining that I did have an appointment but was sent to the wrong place by their text message, they told me it didn't matter and that they would not take responsibility because I was not here for my exact appointment time. I ended up having to leave and make an appointment somewhere else. Will do my upmost to avoid coming to this location again in the future.

Appointment didn’t help. Finally was called for my blood draw ONE HOUR after my appointment time. This facility is disorganized and chaotic. The door greeter was very friendly but didn’t make up for the lack of management.
