I did have them at five stars but things change. Employees they have now seem to think having customers is an inconvenience. Super slow restocking literally told me it would be a month before new stuff was stocked (that's really why I changed the review). Been buying from this thrift store for years but I definitely wouldn't recommend it anymore.

My husband and I came to this Salvation Army really desperate. We came back home to Florida from out west for an opportunity that didn't pan out. We eventually found a place to live but it was very broke down and also had nothing. Also, we had no food or toiletries. We luckily walked up and spoke with a lady named Jennifer Amaro and a gentleman named Mr. Marco who turned out to be God-sends. Within a short time they had us set up with clothes, food, toiletries, and furniture items that put us on the good path toward self-sufficiency. Thank God for them! 😊🙏

Amazing, welcoming and helpful filled with hope and saved. Mrs Jennifer amaro and Mr Marco were just amazing and very informative and kind. They listened to our needs and went above and beyond to help and serve my only regret is I wish I could be of service like them here at this store

I cannot believe this is considered a charity. I was absolutely disrespected by staff and customers and the cashier just stood there. Encouraging customers to drink decades old Coca-Cola from the shelf. When I said it probably wasn't a good idea. I was met with a barage of insults. I left my nice items behind because this customer came charging at me as if they were going to hit me well she got 75%off. I walked away with nothing. That cashier did nothing to stand up for me as I was being taunted and disrespected like some teenager in high school. Will NEVER shop here again. I will be contacting the Police to make a report and the BBB and corporate. There is nobody that should be a cashier in her mental state. She wasn't even able to bag people's items. NEVER AGAIN. POLICE ARE BEING CONTACTED

Picked over. Not one decent item in there; from clothes to knick-knacks.

Love this place but went there on Monday and the whole area by bathrooms and AC area covered in water I mean soaked and no one doing anything about it No signs nothing. No one trying to get water out of tha soaked rugs as we all walk on it and the cloths drops on the soaked floor .

Dark inside, clothing is sorted by COLOR, not size, so it's hard to find things. Fake Nikes were priced at $40 -- looked nice, but I know the real thing when I see it. Worst of all, the two female employees were extremely arrogant and rude. I have three large boxes of high quality donations that I will be taking elsewhere, and I will never go to this store again.

One of the genuine places I’ve ever been. Jennifer has been a life saver and I can not thank her enough for all she’s done lab

DON'T DONATE TO THE SALVATION ARMY. This place is the worst. Marissa is very unprofessional and lies to customers. She should be fired for not doing her job properly. In addition they take a long time to schedule a pick up and they do not come at the appointed time.Look at other charities to make donations.Do not bother trying to do good with these people
