The staff was awesome. Greeted upon entrance. Waited on less than 2 minutes. No rush, and all concerns were answered. Way to go for great customer service .

Had a frozen iPhone, in a panic and angry I put the phone down in an unprofessional way. The Tech was much calmer asked a few questions, began to use various procedures finally my phone came to "life". Thanks for your assistance, sorry I came in a bit angry, but you did a good job getting me back to the digital world

Josh was awesome today! He was very patient and informative. He got me upgraded and out the door in about 15/20 minutes or less. The process was so smooth and fast, I didn't have time to think about timing it. The entire crew today were so pleasant. I highly recommend the location and Josh. ? The dictionary defines superlative as: of the highest kind, quality, or order, surpassing all else, or others. Supreme. I define it as the service I got from the store manager, Gabriela. She is of the highest kind, quality, and order. Supreme. I can’t say enough for what she was able to do for us. The atmosphere of her store is very positive and everyone was very friendly. I can’t say for all she did for us. Thanks Gabriela.

Absolutely lifesavers at this location! I made a huge mess with my initial setup online and was going to be out of so much money and promotions. I walked in at this location and Gabriela did her magic! She made the calls with miracle workers and cleaned it all up. I am now where I should be. If anyone is thinking or interested in joining T-Mobile or want to add to their existing service, definitely check out this location and ask for Gabriela!!!

I bought a T-Mobile Home Internet Gateway here in Ft. Pierce. Everything was awesome, easy set-up, good signal, no problems. 2 months later I moved 4 miles north of where I was. Set the gateway up...no signal. Consulted "experts" at my new location store. And they said I need to pay my bill. Pay for the privilege of having no internet?

Had a problem with a duplicate transaction it’s been weeks since this has been handled keep calling store and no one is picking up , so why would this guy even hand me his card if you guys aren’t gonna answer the phone or give my money back ?
