Stopped in to drop off a ln Amazon return. Its never taken lobger than five minutes at UPS or Kohls. I waited 25 while the depressed, demotivated workers sleep walked through their duties; moving as slow as s humanly possible.

Was in a bind with my Tech being 2 hours from our shop and need permit and plans printed fast.Had the best experience with Michelle J. She was very helpful and fast with everything I needed. Over all best customer service help I have ever had. Thank you Michelle for all you hard work.

For the second time I ask for something and they tell me pick up at one hour, im there at the hour they told me and the job is not done, and the person that has to respond to me takes 2 phone calls and let me waiting. Bad really bad customer service.

If I could give negative stars I would. Do not shop at this location!! I had to walk to the front 3 times for assistance. The cashier Anthony was texting while people were completing their payment transactions. Pete was so so rude, rolling his eyes and huffing when questions were asked. The manager John was zero help. I walked out without making the purchase I drove 30 minutes for as they had an item in stock another store didn’t. Save yourself the trouble and shop at Office Depot because that’s where I went when I left this awfully ran store.

Try to use my app for the first time and could not figure out how to do it. The gentleman who introduced me to it on my first purchase helped me tremendously. The man who was behind tregister today was as cold as ice very disappointed didn't say but two words to me. Refuse to help me with my staples app.

I use this store for document print/scan services. There is very little floor traffic. Employees at retail check out are not friendly. But really, the reason for my writing a review is the condition of the restrooms. The stench is almost unbearable. In a period of maybe 8 months, I noticed that the restroom had been cleaned once.

Great for printing and scanning projects. It sells all kind of office supplies and office furniture among other things. It needs more sales.The bathroom is beyond disgusting and this is not the only one. Vero Beach rates the same.Why I went you ask? Because my boyfriend swears by the printing. I have my own postal connection office which does the same in Vero.

Needed help with printing services today. Caitlyn was very professional and patient with helping customers. Michelle did the layout for the print job. I had trouble downloading the job. She was extremely helpful and got my order in. The prices are great.. Paid dbl @ a another office printing location.. Will definitely be go to for all for printing and office needs.

I love supporting local stores. I like to see the products and asking questions. This Fort Pierce store has a wonderful general manager who is extremely helpful and once again helped me today finding items for the non-profit where I volunteer.Unfortunately, my experience turned sour when I went to check out. I gave the cashier the Tax Exempt ID. He kept said it didn't work and asked for my cell phone number that at one time was linked to the non-profit, but corporate changed that two years ago.I called the corporate office while in line (on the side so others could get around me) and checked to make sure the ID was good. It had been on Sunday when I was in Staples. Now I put the cashier on the phone to talk with the corporate tax exempt employee so they could tell him the tax id was correct. He kept saying it was not good and asking for my phone number. He called the assistant manager over and she got all huffy with me as she said I gave him my cell phone number and not the Tax ID. Of course, the cashier didn't correct her. I had given him the tax ID number over and over and over again AND SO HAD CORPORATE. She said I had to give him the tax ID - which is the tax exempt ID which I had been giving him over and over and over again and so did Corporate. She made me feel really bad so I am doing something I hate - wasting time writing a poor review because I didn’t know that I had to tell the cashier to put the tax id in the place of the phone number.If he was new, then shame on the assistant manager for being rude to me. He was standing there smiling as she reamed me out in front of other customers and later when I came back in looking for the manager who must have been busy in the back. I know that it is only because of the general manager and the photo staff that I might be going back.

I’m only giving staples 2 stars because they showed up to work.I needed two documents printed from my phone, 2. It was $10 and some change! $5.00 a sheet of paper.That’s crazy!

I am a 3rd grade teacher. Yesterday evening I went in to get some color copies (phew they are expensive but I am not rating the price, I am rating the great service I got.) I was having so many issues with the self copy service, all human issues nothing with the equipment, Jamie was working the copy center and she was fantastic! She helped me work out my problems and when one solution didn’t work she had something else to try ready. She even put this tired teacher brain at rest. I was struggling to make copies of something simple, that kept cutting off when coping and I was getting frustrated she took over, fixed the problem and finished those copies for me. I truly appreciate her and what she did to help me out!

im a novice on their shipping service and had a 4 year old with me running crazy so i had a hard time.. The kid at the shipping desk was awesome despite having to laugh at me a little in the chaos.. lol good ppl, everyone was friendly and helpful
