I used to live there with my mom back in 2015-2016 and the landlord lived in the house next to us he always have a problem with us always talking about how we “always made noise in the house” so my mom would always tell us to take it outside so we did. One day we were going to church on a Sunday morning and my mom would always make sure things were turned off and unplugged if we were going to be out for a long period of time we left the house around 8 in the morning to go to church we came back around 1:30. - 2:00 the landlord is standing outside complaining to my mom about how the tv is on and the volume is to loud. My mom walks in the house and the lights are on and the tv is (the volume was on 100 btw) mind you I was 11 -12 at the time and my mom never let us watch tv we were outside kids….. my mom knew he had spare keys to all of the town house and came in and plug the tv in and turn on all the lights. There’s more stories but that was just one that has stuck with me till this day.

Lived here for 11 years and just got served an eviction notice because they want new people. I wasn't late, I paid my payments on time but they just want new people. The pool has been closed for nearly 3 years and the "fitness center" is a joke. If you choose to come here, expect to be treated simply as a dollar. The leasing agent from Florida Realty will play nicey nice until you have questions and then the attitude changes.

Been living here for 5+ years, the previous owners were nice and it felt like a home, but since Loramay came, no pool, no gym, higher rent, fear of getting your car towed out of your driveway, and an extreme bad attitude and manners from Loramay. Now it just feels like hell on earth. Planning on moving soon to live in a home-like community once again

My Fiancee and I have lived in Strawberry Fields since July of 2017...5 + years, Robert the 1st property manager was fair and kept Tenants Happy.....Not the best but he did best with what he had to work with...Since new owners bought property Lorimay, has been one of the rudest ,unfriendly, and worst human beings I ever dealt with...!!!! So after 51/2 years we had to move Thanksgiving week...But since we moved out the stress has lifted and don't have to pay $1,800.00 A month no pool over 2 ear....No Ammendties what so ever...I would never suggest anybody to rent at Strawberry Fields....If so God bless you...????????????????????????????

Super cute apartments with a washer/dryer & garage!! Great pricing especially for this time and they’re super clean which is a big deal while apartment hunting!! Lauramay is who I’ve been in contact with, such a doll! She also looks to be really on top of this complex which eases my mind a lot. (Besides cleanliness attentiveness has been a big issue with management in my prior apartments). Extremely happy with all interactions, curb appeal, cleanliness and attentiveness so far.

My family and I have been here for 5 years. New owners took over almost a year ago and it has not been the same. While there were issues with the prior management, the current management is extremely rude. I believe I have only had one good encounter with Lorimay (spell check) and that is when I got bit by a dog in the complex. It seems as if none of the prior residents had the option to renew their lease. My household is a household of educated, working professionals who are highly involved in the surrounding community. Two are teachers with over 40 years of combined experience and I am a federal government attorney. Our household income is over $200k but I feel like we get treated as low-income/section 8 residents. (Which is not a pass to be condescending but we know how certain residents are treated.) I have reached out to the actually owner/CEO in New York regarding treatment from Shawn in the Palm Beach office and Loriamay and have not received a response back. Other long-term residents have felt the same. The once close-knot, like family community is actually moving away. Do not rent here if you can help it.

The maintenance guy is awesome. Everytime I talk with him directly he comes over and takes care of all the problems. One thing I dont like is how long it takes them to be notified through the manager. He doesn't always drag his feet but sometimes he does and he forgets to update you if a problem or a delay comes up. My garbage disposal hasn't been fixed since I moved in and the utilities here are about 215 to 250 a month and we use our ac sparingly. Pool is nice when the other helpers actually clean it. Rent is a good rate for Florida. But the neighbors who aren't aware of common law dont know that the parking spaces on the street are for everyone and your driveway is for the renters. I've heard people arguing over spaces that are in front of there house are theirs and have even seen people ask neighbors move from in front of their house. But then these same neighbors will park infron of people's driveway not allowing them to pull out. Overall it's not a bad place depending on what part of the stree you live on and who your neighbors are
