GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I paid them to strip and tint two vehicles. Both started peeling within a year, took back for warranty and they refused to fix. Reason given was because there were two layers of tint, meaning they didn't do the job of stripping the old tint they were paid to remove before they put the new on. They won't provide a receipt since they tint darker than legal, so you can't prove what you paid. Seems like may be an intentional racket to charge you multiple times for the same job.

Without fully realizing it, my appointment was cancelled but the team at Sun Stoppers were great! They squeezed me in and got my tint fixed without question or judgement in my misunderstanding. Also, my back window tint was still under warranty so it was not a money maker job for them - even better that I was treated like a high paying customer! Even though I don’t live in Fort Pierce, I will bring all my cars here for tint servicing. Highly recommend!

The dealership I purchased my car made arrangements for me to go here to have Tints put on my front windows. The lady at the receptionist wasn’t too friendly. I had to use the restroom and she said it was broken and directed me to the Land Rover dealership next door. By the time I got back, both cars were completed.

After asking for a full refund, I had to ask Ryan two times to not put a razor blade me near my vehicle, and to move away from my vehicle with the razor blade. He then kicked a box, and the other guy who was working there, started cursing and yelling at me later, when I was leaving, an older woman cursed at me after Ryan had already apologized for the other guy and for kicking the box and getting rowdy. I paid $2500 to have Lllumar paint protection, clear vinyl put on my vehicle and they used a razor blade to cut it in place on my vehicle they gave me a $1500 refund saying I need to pay for labor. I do not recommend this company. They tried to make me pay $1400 in materials until I called the manufacturing company and 100 feet of the material cost 3000 so he lied about that pricing and then he lied about not using a razor blade when you can clearly see a razor blade marks all over my vehicle. I got this to protect my car not so someone can use a razor blade to my vehicle and lie about not think these people are sober or reliable.Update:Debra, who installed it, if it was not Ryan? I will be happy to take the materials off, as I stated to the Installer when I returned the next morning. I already started taking pieces off yesterday, so I can eventually get the paint fixed. If you are willing to pay to fix the paint/ scratches that would be great. I hope they do not just use paint thinner. The paint shop guy, who works nearby, when I returned to the shop, with my vehicle, started rubbing paint thinner on my SUV without my permission and I had to ask him to stop.The little envelope cutters (aka rolled mattress plastic removers- that don't damage the mattress) would be better to use than a razor blade, as the car wouldn't ever be in contact with the blade.The way multiple people at the shop were directing anger at me, truly did not make me feel safe. I am happy to take the car to the paint shop or contact them directly.
