“First I want to say they are a life saver. I am in the area because my girlfriend is on the Trauma unit at Longwood. I have been staying long hours and unfortunately my car would not start. I had a warranty from O’Reiley on a battery but today they said they could not help me change the battery. I called 5 of the big centers in the area and they would not install from another place. I was driving back to the hospital when I saw EL Resortes on 2228 Okeechobee Rd Fort Pierce , Fl 34950
I walked in and a very nice young man Juan said “yes I can help you.” I went to get the same battery under warranty and came back. They put me right in and took care of me. I cannot tell you how happy I am and with their service and most importantly knowledge about my vehicle. El Resortes did not take advantage of me being a senior, older,desperate woman on price and extra add on charges. Thank you so much El Resortes and I will be back for other things I would like addressed with my vehicle . Their hours are Monday to Saturday 8 to 7 and on Sundays 8 to 4

“3rd time here. Always accommodating, I had an issue with a used tire the patch failed they took care of it the next day no problem! Even though the sign said no returns etc…
today I had 2 bald front tires and a nail in my back tire. They pulled all 4 moved my rear tires to the front, and let me know the nail did not go through and the patched tire I thought I needed was fine. I watched both of them work together as one pulled while the other mounted them. It was a work of art ! 10/10!would recommend”

“On our way to Miami, we had a flat tire, so we made a stop at a gas station and try to replace the tire, as you might know, most spare tires are not meant to travel long distances ( they are not the same measures) and these situations, especially when you are traveling with family can be a little be stressful. The most common road assistance in these cases is towing your car ( not the ideal scenario with a lot of baggage and hot temperatures ) We decided to try repairing the tire. We google places for tires and found ( thank God) a place that was located 3 min away from our location and that has had a lot of excellent reviews recently. Tillmans is a place for big trucks ( not SUVs or other medium size cars) but they helped us anyway ( it took less than 30 minutes to repair and replace our tire). We had no words to express our gratitude!! Thanks a lot, guys!! ? they didn't even want to charge us for that ( we pay them anyway, it was worth it! ) we returned safe and sound to our home. Recommend this place, awesome job guys again!!”

“Kel was a savior!! On a Sunday everyone else was afraid to fix my flat or just to busy. I called Kel and he said bring it in. Mind you I have to travel home 120 miles tonight for work . “After a rear tire blowout in I95, our Insurance had us towed to Chamo Tires where we were received such excellent service that our bad day was turned into a good day. We were enroute to see our grandkids in Georgia and after the repair and being given 2 ice cold bottles of water wrapped in napkins we were on our way. Yovany explained what went wrong and found that the other rear tire was badly damaged also. We took photos to show our dealership when we got home because the tires were still under warranty.
