One (or all, not sure) of their pumps will rip you off. You'll know the one if it pumps incredibly slowly and has a broken handle that doesn't allow you to lock it so it'll pump itself.A 2003 Chevrolet 2500HD holds 34 gallons total and at a half tank that's just about 18 gallons. This store pumped "22" gallons according to the machine, hit the $75 cutoff, refused to pump further and I'm sitting at three-quarters tank. Now to be sure that there wasn't an issue with my fuel gauge misreporting before I wrote this I drove until I hit the 1/8th tank warning light and immediately. That's about 4.5 gallons give or take. I filled up to the automatic cutoff and the Shell station I stopped at pumped 28.04 gallons which is close enough for government work.My gauge is within spec, but Town Star's pumps sure ain't.
