This tractor supply wasn’t too bad. Customer service was OK. The only problem I had is I was looking for a certain weedeater. They say they had but never did.

I was checking out and one of their older employees comes up behind me, grabs both my shoulders, and forces me to the side, then says excuse me after he's already forced me to the side, one of the rudest interactions I've ever had at a store.

Went 40 min before closing and did not fill my propane tanks, because they were closing. Lazy people.

Employees are super helpful. They are underpaid. The store is very disorganized.

Extremely rude customer service. The guy that works there Joe was very nasty when I walked up to customer service counter for my online order. He said “what do you want” with a very bad attitude. I kept my cool but I just want it to be known that this individual needs some customer service training or look for a different field of work. I Won't buy anything here again let alone go to this store.

Small business owner that runs propane powered equipment. Store closes at 9pm im at the counter at 830. They stop filling propane at 830. "It's all locked up" as in the gate they keep locked and have to unlock every single time somebody does a outside pickup. I'm working a night job and wanted to get my supplies before I went into work like always. Just not right to tell someone that purchases from them multiple times a week no we won't help you because you showed up 30min before closing. I'll be moving on from here I guess.

The two different sales team people told me one thing and the assistant store manager told me something totally different. He was very rude and treated me as though I was a criminal this is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had because of the assistant store manager. Our other business is a Dog boarding and we spend a lot of money at this store. The assistant manager is very rude and if he worked for my company he would have been fired for his rude and unprofessional conduct.He needs more training and shouldn’t be in his position at all.

Michael and Ethan were a great help from the moment I walked into the store to when I left after signing up . Being that I’m in sales and consulting, seeing these two with great attitudes made my day . Tractor supply is lucky to have these guys . God bless

While RVing nearby, we needed to refill two propane tanks. We called this store to ask about their propane refill and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful, explaining the options, and their store hours. We arrived at the store 45 minutes prior to closing only to be told they close the propane area an hour before closing. Absolutely would NOT refill our tanks. Really ridiculous, especially since we'd called to ask! Will never visit this store again.

I went to the walk in vet to ask if they could chip my dog for travel. They took us right In and did the chip and shots she needed. They gave me the paperwork I needed and explained everything so nicely. Vet and 2 other ladies in there (sorry I didn't get your names) were all super nice and friendly. She told me that the dog had a heart murmur, and would probably go into congestive heart failure. I had another dog with the same, so I was familiar, but did not realize that this dog had the heart murmur. She is old. After about a week, my dog seemed sick. I wondered if it was possibly some type of reaction to the shots? I took her back, the vet looked at her right away. She knew it was not a reaction to the shot, but the heart problem that she had warned me was definitely coming with the dog. She told me I needed to go to a full service vet right away, and made sure I had one to go to. (Which I did). She did not charge me or try to talk me into any tests or anything that would not have been helpful to my dog. It is so nice that there is a Health Clinic for basic needs for pets that does not charge you an arm and a leg for basic things. And they are so nice and helpful. It's obvious when people love their jobs and they really do. I will definitely go back and recommend them to everyone.

Well the store isn’t as organized and or stocked as you think it would be. But it’s a busy store. The employees were helpful in helping me look at something. Two gentleman in the “customer service area”, were fantastic! Thank you
