By intentionally ignoring requests, this office is unlawfully intercepting mail delivery. They do not cooperate with other branches. Unprofessional staff answered and phone, hung up the phone, and then proceeded to ignore the phone until closing time. Their lack of service and professionalism is grotesque.

I live On a road extremely dangerous (South header canal rd fort pierce ) they make us walk across a main highway it’s like orange Ave but even faster mph (45) almost got hit by a car and it’s near a canal loaded w gators … they refuse to put it on our house sides even though it’s still in their route ! I am going to keep fighting this as I almost was killed!

The clerks there rock !!! I wish all postal employees were like them !!! I recommend people from Okee .for passport assistance, thank you so much for being kind and patient .

The supervisor is the most disrespectful woman I have ever encountered. If someone so easily can put a hold on your mail, you would be mad too. Especially, if a person has a Virginia license 🙄

Super rude… google says the USPS prints labels but the lady refused to do it. She said AI is incorrect… That the post office does not print labels for Customers. I have a hard time believing they don’t have a printer in their office.. But it was Friday and they were about to close. I’m sure that’s why she told me no. These people are never in a good mood When I come here.. They always look pissed off.

This post office is definitely a disgrace. They keep delivering my packages to the wrong houses and I’ve complained many times with no change in how my packages are being handled. I’m missing Christmas gifts for both of my kids and I spoke with someone and they said it was delivered to the right street wrong address and the carrier would get it and deliver it to me and that has yet to happen. I tried calling again to inform them the carrier never fetched my package from the wrong house and the line just keeps going busy. This is beyond frustrating and I definitely wish I didn’t have to deal with them delivering my mail they suck for sure.

My main complaint is customer service on the phone and wrong information. I called two times today, phone kept ringing and was disconnected. One of the Keys to the mailbox I use in our community is not working. I could not get my OTC order. When it happened the first time the woman on the phone was rude. The broken key was not replaced. The carrier placed a new order again in the same bottom box yesterday and the key would not work. They never replaced it. I left a note in my mailbox again with an explanation on top of the damaged key. It needs to be replaced!! This was today, 9/18/24.

Believe the reviews!!! This place is beyond disappointing in all aspects. There’s always an issue with getting my mail delivered. The postal workers are incredibly incompetent and lazy!!! I wish I had a choice in getting my mail delivered by a different postal office as this one isn’t even open weekends so I can’t even go and collect my mail they are too lazy to deliver!!!

Absolute worse customer service I’ve experienced from a post office ever! The lady there was so rude/condescending towards me and my situation/questions. Just didn’t care to help me at all. It went further but to make a long story short. This place seriously needs to be looked into!

This is the 3rd time this has happened where my mail is being opened before it get to the mail box. The 1st time, my husband SS card got taken and no one don't know what happened. Which makes no type of sense ?, now I got my CC cards mail to me and it was ripped open so now I have to cancel the card and apply for a new card to be mailed to me so let's see if this one is gonna be open also I'm filing a lawsuit against you'll. This is getting out of hand. STOP OPENING PEOPLE PERSONAL MAIL.
