Avoid! One of the workers screwed up my express package I sent. She never asked me if I wanted it signed for, which I didn't. Doing that has caused me and my friend alot of trouble! Another tried to charge me $115 for a box that should have cost $60! They need to hire real people. The animals there are unfit.

One of the managers at the Midway road Post office name is Harvey .he is one of the nicest people I have come across in a very long time. I can't thank him enough for his diligence in helping me with my situation. If management above him at this post office sees this post commend that man for his loyalty to the customer.

Those females in there are the worst. I felt like no one wated to help me. I had a box big enough that I had to use both arms and it was like they didn't want to help. I went to one for the form, then when I was finish she sent me to someone else. When I got to her she said I had to write on the box as well. When I went back to her she is stating I wrote the " to" and " from" in the wrong order. Mind you, this was my first time shipping out a box. If they do not want to work, don't work there.

Ive been here a few times, and the customer service is consistently good. Today, Kim took her time to explain all the options i had to ship a complicated item. She also stocked materials for me to use and properly taped my package for me. She's a great worker.

Everyone at the post office is always helpful and friendly and I have my favorites Shanice is one of them, sorry for any misspelling of her name anyways I love the post office you can go there after hours if you need to mail off a package at their little kiosk and it's well lit and comfortable at night

Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time for a passport renewal after being completely dismissed by the associate at the counter. I had to interrupt to ask what forms I could fill out while I was waiting only to have another couple walk in and be serviced by the other associate at the counter as soon as they walked in. 15 mins before I asked which forms to fill out I was not informed by either employee that I did not need an appointment for renewal or that I could go to the other associate for the help that I needed. Ended up walking out after completely wasting my time because of the negligence of the employees! I sincerely despise having my time WASTED.

Staying 5 minutes away. The package is currently at the post office being "prepared for delivery"... for 22 hours. They will not let me pick up the package from the post office before its estimated delivery date, even though they have it, and I have the tracking number and ID. Not only am disallowed from doing their job for them, I have to wait for them to do it on their own time? Never again. I hope the Feds liquidate USPS.

Been here dozens of times shipping national and internation packages, plus renewing my passport. Staff has always been efficient and friendly. Waiting time is short and access is excellent.

We took our 3 yr. old to apply for her first passport. The woman helping us was amazing! She was patient & kind with our daughter, got the photos done & handled our paperwork & my daughter left so happy with the experience & her new postal worker friend.

Not sure why USPS has become so incompetent. This is the final time I will ever use them. Had two letters stolen by the carrier and now a package that’s 5 days late that they can’t find in their facility. Completely useless

Twice in less than a month my carrier has refused to attempt to deliver a package that was signature required, the local post office lost my redelivery request both times. Employees at the post office who answer the phones prefer to make excuses rather than help resolve issues

Good luck trying to ask a simple question or getting help over the phone. There automated voice system is atrocious and doesn't provide information or an option for international shipping. USPS needs a major OVERHAUL.

I’ve been to this location multiple times but yesterday was my best experience. Was there around 4pm and there was barely anyone there. I waited in line for maybe 2 minutes. It’s usually 10-20 minutes. Unfortunately they only have 2-3 tellers working max at a time. The clerk (Iris)yesterday was very polite and advised me that my express package WOULD be delivered overnight. Parking is never an issue.3/11/2022. Went in again today to ship a package and had the pleasure of dealing with Iris again. She makes it so simple. Asks the appropriate questions, gives receipt, in and out!
