The mail carriers need to be investigated. This is not the first time I’ve had a debit card somehow lost by the carrier when the mail preview I receive via email showed it was to be delivered. It’s not a coincidence.

Paul the supervisor went above and beyond to make sure I got my package. Super professional and very friendly and polite. Five stars all around. He had a line out the door during the holidays and the busiest time and still went above and beyond to make sure his customer was taken care of.

I’m unsure who’s issue this is except the United States post office, I sent registered mail 8/5 from Fort Pierce to Miami, it’s STILL not arrived on 8/12, this is concerning Jury Duty and is totally outrageous…. You keep raising your rates and still can’t get the job done. Ridiculous! Thanks-

Worst experience I've ever had with customer service anywhere in my 70 years on this planet. USPS lost my cancer meds which usually arrive by UPS with no issues. Automated USPS phone service went around in circles. Would not connect me to a human. Yes, I had my tracking number. It was useless. USPS told UPS they delivered it. They did not. It's been missing 4 days now and no one cares enough to help.
This is the result of UPS saving cash by transferring it to USPS. I did not need this stress.

Terrible service asked for supervisor, and he didn't even seem to care about the terrible service I was given. Felt as if once I left, they would just brush the whole situation off. Not only did nobody help me correctly lable my package, but I was given horrible service and a completely disrespectful attitude.

I have had issues with redirecting my mail for the last 3/months. I wish I could talk to a human being. I cannot get my issue resolved. Why I am not sure. I have been given many reasons, non of them make sense. As I am a former carrier myself.
