Cash America pie to purchase a pair of shoes spoke with the manager Joelle he was so polite. Great customer service and I also had a credit. And I got all my items for free. I’m so happy with Cash America pawn shop. They are the best.

Yesterday I went to value pawn and brought a piece of jewelry that the certification that it was real and all the details on it. I was referred to another shop down the road “that does better testing” after sitting there and waiting a while and while looking my my jewelry the 2 guys behind the counter just laughed and joked around but refused to help me. I will never use this pawn shop again.

Horrible service today , guy working hardly says hello to customers, doesn't seem happy to be there and to offer service. Very disappointing, I just left !!!! Managers should train or replace unhappy employees
