Insurance changed, only Walgreens for prescriptions. Went in last week gave my prescription box with info to get transferred and refilled. NOTHING… tried calling… always on hold!!! It’s been 8 days nothing. I am on LOTS of meds, stroke and open heart surgery. Need injections every two weeks… can’t get in touch with them for refills!!!

I'm writing this review after an incredibly frustrating experience with Walgreens concerning my 90-year-old grandmother's nebulizer medication. They were out of stock, and when we desperately needed to transfer her prescription to CVS, they never answer the phone.
This town has many elderly residents, including my grandma, who rely heavily on reliable pharmacy services. It's disgraceful to ignore their needs like this. My grandmother's health is at risk, and Walgreens' complete lack of response is unacceptable.
CVS has done their part, but without Walgreens answering their calls, we're stuck in limbo.
Walgreens must seriously improve their customer service. They never answer the phone, which is particularly harmful when it involves the urgent medical needs of the elderly.

I actually thought this location had changed. I was wrong. I usually go far from where I live to get prescriptions filled because of such poor service here and decided to give it a try again. I needed to talk to the pharmacist to make sure they had my prescription in stock and waited on hold over 20 minutes with the phone constantly being placed back on hold without even speaking to me and then they hung up on me!!!! I used to have this happen only to waste my time going to the store and they were not so busy they couldn’t take a call. How does a place of business get away with this???? Honestly. Shame on Walgreens for letting this happen!

Supposed to be the home of happy and healthy. Looks more like the home of a whole lot of bull shit. On hold for 20 mins only for someone to pick the phone up and hang up on me. So I come all the way down here to figure out where my meds are. The pharmacy technicians lied and said they couldn’t get a hold of Publix to transfer my prescriptions over. So I call while I’m standing in line, someone picks up and then they call again and all of the sudden someone answers.

Terrible experience every time I get a script filled here.
Just waited 20 min on hold and gave up.
Called the store on Virginia and had my script moved over.

I left the emergency room today and it has been three hours and I have not got my script filled customer service was unprofessional. The drive-through pharmacist gave me attitude. Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to in 36 years of my life. Do not recommend to anybody.

Was on hold today for pharmacy with 2 callers ahead of me and took almost 40min to answer my call. The walgreens automated message for my prescription has called me non stop for over 2wks I had called them and told them 2wks ago I no longer needed the prescription. When I finally talked them today they said it's a glitch in the system that they haven't gotten fixed yet. Moving my prescriptions else where.

Walgreens is the best pharmacy to purchase medicine. Especially the one in fort pierce. Between Virginia and 25 th street. Team is nice and professional. The Jamaican guy is so kind and cool. Very professional always ready to help people.

Came from out of state had to get my meds switched, when I called on the phone the girl that answered was great extremely helpful and very courteous. Then the pharmacist got on the phone and she also went above and beyond. All the years of dealing with pharmacies this is by far the nicest experience I have had, kudos to the walgreens staff.
