This store is not the same 🥲 all new faces not so helpful photo is always hard to get help or anywhere on the floor really seems like after 4/5 o clock there is one maybe 2 workers and one is usually not on the sales floor not so clean anymore it’s sad I used to love this store.

The parking lot lights and the sign out front have been broken for over a week now. It's very dark and dangerous driving Into that parking lot. I've mentioned it to The people Is that work there, but they don't seem interested In getting it fixed. I wonder who runs that place? I know I can get an electrician to come to my house immediately, so I don't know what the problem is.

Horrible customer service!!! Called pharmacy 3 times to cancel a prescription, someone kept picking up phone & placing on hold without saying one word. A simple thank you for calling Walgreens please hold is common courtesy. I waited 12 minutes each time. I called again to speak with store manager & phone rang 10 times then same issue, someone picked up phone without speaking & placed on hold. Needless to say, I won’t be picking up the prescription which I tried to cancel. Good customer service does not exist anymore! Very sad.

Always a problem when I try to get a prescription filled or renewed. Pharmacist told me I shouldn’t take something my doctor had been giving me for years. It’s just not worth the hassle. I moved to Amazon they just get it done.

Don’t use Walgreens delivery service! This entire pharmacy sucks! They have no idea what they’re doing there. I had to ask for a delivery for something because I’m sick. They told me they would bring it the same day and I paid DoorDash and Walgreens and they never delivered it. So, without oxygen I had to drive there myself and get it. Then they called me the next day because they didn’t know what happened. I told him to figure it out for themselves. Just be careful especially if you rely on services like Delivery.

BEWARE! This is the worst pharmacy ever, do not use them. Very unorganized, always short staffed, very unprofessional and rude. They call and text, that you have meds ready for pickup with the cost being $0. You go to pick up the meds, they tell you they don't have anything ready and blame it on AI.

This place is fantastic! The speed at which they complete prescriptions is unparalleled. They have had issues due to the recent cyber attack, and I see someone else here in the reviews actually tried blaming them for it (which is absolutely stupid and they should be ashamed of themselves). I've always had an amazing experience here, and anyone who feels otherwise clearly has no idea how a pharmacy works. This isn't a call center. It's a pharmacy where a few people do the work of dozens to help hundreds. They deserve respect and so much more for the work they do, especially considering they do it so much better than everyone else in town

Called and said a RX was ready and it was $100 dollars. I called the next day and questioned the amount and was told I was correct, Medicare does cover the item. The next day I was told $30+, I questioned again and was told Walgreens and Medicare computers were not talking so I had to pay and would not get a refund. I could call back and see it the breach was fixed. I called twice a day for 2 days and got the same info. I was told it was my problem to get it fixed, not Walgreens. Today I called again and was told there was nothing they would do and to call Medicare. I called Medicare and filed a complaint against this store. Medicare advised that they could/ should have inquired about the problem as it was because the item they were trying to give me was removed from the Medicare list for being obsolete. They could have told me this 4 days ago. Instead of helping, the last lady I spoke to felt that she had the right to lecture me about what I should do; yup I told her thanks for nothing and hung up.

This pharmacy is amazing - exceptionally efficient! My prescriptions are done crazy fast! Way faster than any other pharmacy in the area. Anyone complaining about phone hold times is ignorant about how a pharmacy works. It's not a call center, and there aren't people waiting around to answer phones. The staff are running around trying to do their work! Use the app instead of calling!!

young girl in the front, Leslie. Very nice girl and respectful towards my mother. My mother enjoys talking to her when she comes around on Sunday’s. Other than that, nice store and clean.

They're always an issue getting my medication it's like they personally hate me and I have been nothing but kind to the staff I don't know if it's because the color of my skin or they just don't want to help)

I try not to get upset but this pharmacy is terrible. If you’re able to get them on the phone they will put you on hold and forget about you. I called again someone picked up and hung up on me . If they weren’t the closest (and only place that takes my insurance) I would have switched pharmacies. I wish I could give 0 stars
