They're always an issue getting my medication it's like they personally hate me and I have been nothing but kind to the staff I don't know if it's because the color of my skin or they just don't want to help)

I try not to get upset but this pharmacy is terrible. If you’re able to get them on the phone they will put you on hold and forget about you. I called again someone picked up and hung up on me . If they weren’t the closest (and only place that takes my insurance) I would have switched pharmacies. I wish I could give 0 stars

Just wanted to say thank you trinicia and I believe it’s Michelle and the other lady’s for being nice to me I’m just a human being that needed my medication I was concerned but I will also say thank you to sunny also I realize now how serious everything is with meds I just never dealt with it like this before I thought you can get them a 1 day early but now know but thank you.

It’s a never ending battle with this terrible pharmacy. Different associates tell me conflicting information about my prescriptions. They say they don’t have any orders from any doctors for me. I call the doctor and they provide time stamp proof of when the prescription was sent and accepted. I call Walgreens back and they say they have my order but they don’t have it in stock and will take several days to order it.This is the 3rd time this has happened (with different meds!) Customer service here is at an all time low. I wish corporate would close about half of their locations and train employees better. I’m switching to Publix pharmacy.

I have needed to contact a pharmacist several times. Average hold time is 45 minutes. They should have an option to leave a message or a call back option to receive a call back from the pharmacy in the order in which they received the messages.

Probably my second favorite Walgreens in the area. The store is always clean, employees are always very friendly, and they always have someGreat prices. Items are clearly marked on each aisle and inventory is always pretty full.

I have been coming to this store/pharmacy for eight years. Pharmacy staff (especially Michelle) has always been so kind and helpful. Also, the customer service associates are always smiling and willing to help. Today I again was met with Tara, who is always so sweet BUT today she went above and beyond to help me with my problem. You guys ROCK!! Thank you for.being so awesome!!!

Worse service I have ever received. Ordered online , when I got to the store the price was different and none of the cashiers were willing to change the price to what I had online. Never ever again. So disappointed

My favorite Walgreens so far, the employees are always friendly and they always have good sells, wish they would put a liquor store in side like other stores but everything else is awesome
