Cashier needs to prioritize customers, and the manager, Brandon Lee needs to take customer's experience at this location alot more seriously. Not downplay a customer's encounter with one of the employees when he/she brings it to his attention.

I had a DoorDash order with food and drinks. The doordasher forgot the drinks so i called Wawa to make sure it was left and not taken. The woman who answered (i believe her name was Elena?) was super kind and offered to remake the drinks since they were melted. I had already made another order so i just asked if she could tell the next doordasher to bring all 3 drinks. She was super sweet and even had them remake my drinks, despite me saying i didn’t want them doing more work. 10/10 customer service from this young lady. I’m sorry if i got your name wrong, but i hope your pillow is always cold and your lights are always green:)

Be weary when ordering food!!!! I fear the person who they buy produce from uses heavy chemicals on the vegetables or they use old/bad produce. The cucumbers and tomatoes I had were very STRONG chemically tasting. Now we’re both sick today. ☹️

It's been a year since my last review. I stopped in to get a hoagie for lunch & omg, can I get some hoagie with my salt & pepper. I literally chocked on the hoagie due to the amount of salt & pepper on it. Wawa needs to do better when training their employees on how to make a hoagie. I literally had to pull the hoagie apart & wipe the lunch meat off so I could actually eat it...smdh...Wawa always seems to upset every time you go there anymore. So very disappointed.

I’ve given this location more than enough chances, but it continues to disappoint. Easily an 80% fail rate on orders — something is always wrong.
This time? I ordered a double meat Italian hoagie, and they somehow managed to leave out the meat entirely. Just bread, toppings, and cheese. Seriously, how does that even happen?
This isn’t a one-time fluke — it’s happened multiple times before. At this point, it’s clear that management is dropping the ball. This location is a bad look for the Wawa brand. If you care about getting your order right, I’d avoid this spot altogether.

I was fishing at the south bridge from 11pm-2am… i needed to find an open bathroom and what do you know! I get there in Wawa 5 mins and They closed it at 1am according to the security guard.. it’s a shame that Wawa needs to hire a security guard, 1. who steals from a dang gas station 😑.. Also you may see inappropriate outfits the females are wearing.. they were in and out constantly…a lot of them..it’s just really weird here at this time of night.. as a minority I did not feel safe or comfortable there…one of them cussed a homeless man out and threatened to call the police on him?? Wawa do better and have another security guard monitoring the bathroom from the outside 🤦🏽♀️.. it’s not fair that this wawa is from everyone but because of the area it’s in clearly ruins it for everyone 😑

These folks can't (CAN'T) get an online order right. I have tried multiple times and given the benefit of the doubt. if you order doordash your food order WILL BE WRONG. I WARNED YOU.
