It's a convenient Publix and it is OPEN! Employees have been normal, pleasant. I usually order boards Turkey, cheese and buy food there. I wish there were restaurants in this mall for dinner or that deliver to across the bridge.

Their management are always willing to accommodate your needs. If they don’t have it, they will get it for you.

Don't let the reviews fool you, this Publix was rebuilt in 02/2020 and they added a pharmacy and liquor store as well! This store also features self checkout and Apple Pay. This is now probably one of the best looking Publix stores I've seen since moving to Florida. I love their bogo deals and they have a decent variety of food. However, like all other Publix stores, they are very expensive and their customer service is usually subpar, with the exception of the cashiers. Shopping is definitely not a pleasure here. Why charge premium prices when it's not a premium store? Their nearest competitor is about fifteen minutes away, which is good for them, they probably keep their business this way.

This Publix location needs a major renovation. Everything looks and feels grubby. Selection is limited to your average Publix, and the layout is bizarre which probably has to do with the small size.

We just went there after we did an online order. We get there and 2 outta the 4 subs they didn't have the ingredients for. Then my son was having a sub made and the bread you could tell was old. They had no stock and we ended up walking away with nothing because of it. Very disappointed.

As others have said, worst Publix in the state. Produce is never fresh, meat selection is a joke, stand alone displays block most isles. You literally have to check each item for the expiration date. The deli is horrible, no other word for it. Management is indifferent, cashiers are barely there. Go anywhere else.

Called to place an order for prepared foods as I was advised to do by employees at the store. The lady picks up the phone and as I'm talking says one moment and places the phone down. I sat on the phone for 4 minutes with no body picking up the phone and I could hear them talking to people. Seriously rude!

My son's buddies ordered a cookie with "Nah, I'm going to Taylor's HOUSE!" To be written on it- they picked it up and didn't think much about it when they picked it up- once almost to our house, they realized it said, "Nah, I'm going to Taylor's have!" Seriously???smh

This Publix is close by for me. It's small and has a smaller selection of items but 99% of the time it has what we need. The upper crust can shun it if they wish, it suits my purpose and I have not found their products to be out of date or otherwise unsuitable in any way.

We were hesitant to go to this Publix grocery store from what we read and a few comments by others in the nearby "Ocean Village " where we're staying for a month, but we were pleasantly surprised. The store inside was bright and clean. While shopping in the fresh fruit and and vegetable area, the department manager came up and asked if he could help us find anything. He pointed out that the store brand packaged salad mixes were "buy one, get one free" which we hadn't noticed. We like Zevia sodas that are in the health food section at my big supermarket at home. The bigger Publix we had been to a few days earlier did not carry that brand, but this smaller store had the Cola flavor on the shelf along with the other more recognizable name brand sodas. I asked one of the employees to ask the store manager if he could order some of the flavors as I especially like the ginger ale. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the checker was well trained and efficient. It's obvious this smaller Publix is trying to be more customer friendly and get up to the standard of other Publix stores. I hope folks who live close to this store will give it a try again and share their experience so it can thrive.

Stay out of this Publix. It is in a horrible location. Many products are past date or near past date. Your fellow shoppers include those with perpetual entitlements such as SNAP and WIC. The police are always stationed there. Most of the shoppers have no knowledge of acceptable clothing or behavior in public. They run into or over you without an "excuse me." It is scary!
