I visited a few dealerships in the area and they were super aggressive, which I don't like. I went to Z&R Auto and Ernie was super chill and patient as I told him what i was looking for. When I came back to finish the purchase, his partner Zee was just as patient and helpful. I'd recommend Z&R to anyone looking for a great experience when buying a used vehicle.

had an amazing experience with Z and R Auto in Fort Pierce! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly, professional, and most importantly—patient. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all, and they really took the time to understand my situation.
Financing a car can be stressful, especially if you’re working with tight finances or not-so-great credit, but they made the process so easy and stress-free. They explained everything clearly and worked with me to find a deal that actually fit my budget. I truly felt like they cared and wanted to see me drive away in something reliable.

Yah was a good deal and helped in the moment...truck ended up being worn out junk. So many problems and things happened a couple months after ownership. Yes I got the warranty and no it didn't even help for the worst of the mechanical damages.
Thousands is needed to get the truck I financed to be reliable. I am over it and don't want to repair this junk.
If you want a auction car or truck that just gets flipped from auction to you without proper repairs and maintenance for a good price this is the spot.
If you want something quality and reliable I would try elsewhere.

I purchased a car from Z and R for my son, and Ernie was my salesman. Ernie doesn't talk much, but he's friendly and knowledgeable and cuts right through the chase. We told him what we wanted and needed, and he not only met our expectations, but he exceeded them. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times!

In January 2025, I purchased my first vehicle from Z and R Auto Sales. I am 18 years old, and this was a major milestone for me, especially as I am currently an EMT student trying to build a stable future. When I bought the car, the dealer by the name of Zee ( the owner) assured me it was in perfect condition with no issues whatsoever. Trusting his word, I went through with the purchase and also took out a substantial loan to finance the vehicle. Unfortunately, just three days after driving it off the lot, the check engine light came on. After having it checked, I was told the car needed a new thermostat. I was surprised and disappointed that a vehicle supposedly in “perfect condition” already needed repairs.
Things only got worse from there. A couple of weeks later, the car began having even more serious issues. I discovered there was no oil in the engine, and it had a head gasket leak—something that should have been addressed before the vehicle was ever sold. I immediately contacted the dealer to inform him of the problems, hoping he would be willing to help or offer a solution. Unfortunately, he refused to take any responsibility, dismissing the issues entirely and telling me it wasn’t his problem. This has left me in a very difficult position. I now have a large loan to repay for a vehicle that isn’t working, and I cannot afford the cost of major repairs, let alone a new engine.
Most recently, on Thursday, May 8, 2025, while I was on my way to EMT school, the car completely broke down on the highway, creating a dangerous and stressful situation. After having it inspected, I was informed by Hyundai that the engine is failing and will need to be replaced. They, too, refused to take any action, leaving me with no support and no working vehicle. Stating I need to wait for the engine to completely blow up before they even consider replacing it leaving me in a dangerous situation for driving the car. The car is sitting at Hyundai inoperative at this time. This car was supposed to help me get to school and work so I could move forward with my life and education, but instead, it has become a major financial and emotional burden. I do not believe it is fair for a dealership to misrepresent the condition of a vehicle and then deny any responsibility after serious issues arise almost immediately.
