The only place I know that makes you pay them two extra dollars for buying they're scratch off tickets with a debit card. I had bought other things. Is this legit/legal??? I should have been charging them for the 70.00 dollars worth of loosing tickets I bought.

Great store but the websites hours arent always correct . it sayss open but when u get there they are closed ....
