“Sam's Club filling station usually jas the lowest gas price in the local area. We live north 30 minutes but always fill-up when we are in the Fort Walton area at this station. Using the Sam's Club app makes unlocking the pump and paying easy. Exiting can be a challenge contending with cars entering and leaving due to only one street-side exit from the station itself.”
“I want to thank the blonde working customer service an hour ago. I was having the worst day of my life!! I needed to exchange the meat i bought because it went bad in under 24 hours of being in the fridge. She let me exchange it & gave me NO HASTLE & I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR HER!! “Sam’s Club Pharmacy in Fort Walton Beach is truly top tier!
Although they’re part of a major retailer, every time I pick up my medication or speak with the pharmacist, it feels like I’m visiting a small, neighborhood pharmacy. The staff is always kind, friendly, and welcoming. They even remember who I am which isn’t expected, but it definitely makes me feel cared for.
What really stands out is the quality of the pharmacist consultations. They’re not just formalities, they’re informative, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. I originally switched to Sam’s Club because my previous pharmacy was always out of common medications. Since
making the switch, my prescriptions are consistently ready within 30 minutes of being sent in.
From exceptional customer service to fast turnaround times, this pharmacy has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!”

“We came to pick up few things for our stay for week. The outside looks like it's going thru stage of gonna get painted and maybe new sign because the only sign on building was a banner said Sams club. We don't care about outside so much but inside seemed well maintained. Very busy with empty buggies all over.. not sure why. This Sams had a few things ours doesn't have.. a premium meat counter and a seafood market ! They also had full service eye care center! Pretty cool.. prices are always pretty good ..”

“I was in need of a prescription transfer from my home pharmacy in Wisconsin that had to be done immediately due to limited hours at the store in Wisconsin over the New Years holiday season. The staff here took care of that transfer right away. Then I needed to wait until after January 1 to have it filled so that my new insurance, which wasn’t in effect until Jan 1 would cover it. The situation was further complicated by the fact I needed my first dose on Jan 4. On Jan 2 when it was time to fill it, a software problem wouldn’t allow the transaction to go through with the insurance company. Staff member Wyatt handled everything over he phone by contacting the insurance company as well as transferring the prescription to a different pharmacy, to make sure I got my medicine by the day I needed it. He also made some recommendations on how I can more efficiently handle the high cost of the medication.
Bottom line here is, Wyatt went above and beyond my expectations in solving my problems because he knew I was very worried about it, and for that I’m very grateful.”
“Visiting from out of town and realized that I must not have packed critical medication. I only needed a couple of days worth, but wasn't due for a refill because I'd just had it filled. The pharmacist was incredibly accommodating and sweet. I would highly recommend this CVS if you live in the area or if you're just visiting.”
“I have never had bad service with the pharmacy. Everyone is kind and patient with my questions or concerns. I have only had to stand and wait one time longer than I thought necessary but that doesn't mean it wasn't necessary to them. There was only one person available at that time and she was working on the computer. She may not have been able to leave what she was doing until it was done being processed.”

“So I have had to contact the state board of ethics and cause investigations to be initiated that resulted in pharmacists AND managers being separated for cause...(that means "fired")...
BUT NOT HERE!
These pharmacists and techs actually TRY TO HELP... and they succeed.
The CVS itself is fairly standard, but the reason you go is they have drugs you need.
In that respect I highly recommend them.”
“Ok..... it's a grocery store... You will not be amazed at the spectacle of the cereal isle..
BUT, the people there have been helpful in the past. Whoever runs the freight crew has a clue.
(Too many whiskers for my liking, but that's just me.... if you don't know what "whiskers " are, shame on you)

“Great customer Service! I would recommend to anyone needing tire service. We came in with our kids and all as we are heading back home to SC with an urgent tire issue and they were able to get us squared away to make it to our destination safely! The fact they cared enough for us as customers and people to have been able to fit us in their schedule speaks highly of how compassionate the staff is!! You know that’s a club you want to be a member of for sure!! We were helped by John who is a technician and the lady at the desk (didn’t get her name), but thanks to them, we will be making it home safe!”
“One of the few places I am able to get a specific allergy medicine (OTC). Great staff here who are always helpful. Plus I am always impressed, mystified, puzzled, with all of the different kinds of items that are available in a "pharmacy-drug store". They have everything from sunscreens to make up to beer & wine to snacks to prescription meds to toys. Downside: if it's made in China you'll probably find it here. Regardless, it's solid place for needed prescriptions and necessities, especially if you're in a hurry... Great hours and close to Home Depot (a regular stop for me).”
