DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! Unprofessional and customer service is terrible. Almost every "Veterinarian" there is new!!! First day I went there they were training Vets!! I had to wait inside and no one was even there. They will ignore you even if you are the only one there and take their time with unimportant things. Every question I asked the vet who was new she had to ask someone else!? ON TOP OF THIS , I paid 15$ for Flea medicine NOW MY CAT HAS PATCHES ALL OVER HIS NECK!? I Came back now twice and the second time had the audacity to say it's because of the Pollen!!!!!!! I've had my kitten since 6 weeks never a scratch or itch OR missing hair ???! It was the Flea Medicine, I recommend to never go here if you love or care about your animal. I'm extremely disappointed and now I have to take my Cat to a new Vet so they can actually help him. He's 8 months old and doesn't deserve this pain.

Dr T and team take such good care of my two rabbits. It's hard to find vets that know what they are doing with rabbits and Dr T knows her stuff. Special shout-out to Kristy, Natzanary and Sierra (who recently left). They've gone above and beyond with my little high maintenance fur babies.

This place is the absolute worst! I brought my dogs here twice. Both times I was quoted different prices. The second time they added an additional service, that was NOT approved. We are in a pandemic, and living penny to penny, but being charged additional fees for services not approved. I am so disappointed. I asked repeatedly exactly how much it would cost, and both times I was charged over how much I was quoted.

We met the Vet outside for our dog newly diagnosed with lymphoma with Dr Amy during Covid 19 by appointment and paid with a credit card

I will never go anywhere else. After going to another vet clinic who charged me unnecessarily for a surgery and then said my pet was gonna die anyway, I found Crossroad Animal Clinic, they said the other vet had done xrays wrong and he wasn’t going to die. They spent every week giving Fred shots and medicine all for very very cheap. My rabbit Fred was first ever to have a botfly that they had not seen except in vet school, which is typical my luck. They treated every problem my rabbit had and is very reasonable. Fred says hi!

They were extremely accommodating and squeezed my baby hedgehog in for a last minute urgent appointment, amazing communication while I was waiting in the parking lot, just overall a good experience. Highly recommend them.

Great place but the location makes me nervous being so close to the busy road. I'll still be taking all my animals here regardless.

My 13 year old dachshund was diagnosed with cushings disease a little over a year ago and I was very skeptical to give her the medicine my traditional vet recommended due to her age and the impact it may have on her liver etc. I brought daisy to Dr. Amy and she was VERY informative and very good with daisy! She prescribed her some herbal pills to alleviate the cushings and 3 months later Daisy's bloodwork came back with no signs of cushings! I highly recommend Dr. Amy Van Dyke and her staff for treating and managing any ailments your animal may have. I'm so happy I found an alternative to traditional medicine that really works and does my old dogs body good! Thank you!

I will ALWAYS recommend Crossroads Animal Clinic as the #1 place in Ft Walton Beach for veterinary care! We drive over 45 miles to bring our Scottish Fold fur babies and Stella-Nella our Golden Doodle. I simply love the flexibility in appointments, friendly knowledgeable and professional staff and we always receive the right amount of attention for our "Cat-Dogs" even when we come in with crazy pet parent questions. There are a number of veterinary hospitals/clinics that are much closer to our house, but the service at those places never even came close the service Dr. Tovrea & staff provides. If you are looking for a place to see to all your pet's needs, I highly recommend checking them out. "THE-LOCO-CAT-DADDY"

I am the official cat lady & finding that PURRFECT Feline veterinarian can be challenging, I've found most vets to be more canine knowledgeable but I'm ECSTATIC to have found a veterinarian & staff who can meet the needs of both our dogs & Feline Fur-kids. Dr. Tovera is a compassionate, Personable & skilled veterinarian who I trust 100% with all of my precious adored cats and kittens for vaccinations, State health certificates, physical exams and anything else necessary to keep them Feline fabulous :) The Staff is totally amazing & friendly (especially Lisa & you too Sherry Tehehe) I'm always thankful that they are able to schedule me at the 11th hour sometimes when I need to be seen without much notice. I always feel confident in any treatments that my beloved pets receive, any procedure are explained in detail, I NEVER feel like myself & my fur-kids are part of a veterinarian assembly Line where we're rushed in & out with no explanation other than the balance of money that is due. As for fees I feel Crossroads is extremely competitive & worth every penny. I drive a good 50-60 minutes to Dr. T's practice, for me making sure my babies receive the best care is top priority for & the drive is worth the care and peace of mind I receive. I can't think of another veterinarian within a 200 mile radius other than Dr. Tovera that I would recommend. Let me also add that the doctor & her staff are absolute animal lovers & this quality shines through like a beacon, it's shows in their care & treatment of the animals as well as the family's that they serve. When disgruntled most of us including myself are quick to leave a negative review but I think it's equally as vital to share the positive experiences as well. Kudos to Dr T & her staff who invest the time, care & dedication to our animals & to us Meowmmy's who love them! Cheers Gretta Aka The Cat Lady

In the last 14 mos we've given them many chances -more than we should have- w/our 2 dogs and 2 cats. They almost killed our 11 year old cat by giving her an incorrect dose of a sedative (off by a decimal, giving her 10x) We never received an apology or acknowledgement of this mistake, we only knew bc of a discrepancy in her record and discussion amongst the staff. The main vet is probably great, but we never see her anymore and they no longer schedule appts, only drop-offs. Each time we bring our animals we are asked if they can perform this test or get this vaccine and we have to remind them that it was done a few months ago. Nobody seems to check the med records except us. It's extremely questionable to see good reviews about this practice. We are taking our pets elsewhere in the future, based on word of mouth from people we know and trust.

I have never had a bad experience here. I bring both my pups. The service is always nice, and they are very understanding and helpful when it comes to the procedures and medications. I trust them with my sweet boys.

We saw Dr. Any for acupuncture in between our fur baby Jasmine's chemo treatments she loved it and with the help of Dr. Amy, with herbs and acupuncture she had minimal side affects to chemo and no doubt helped keep her alive for 4 months before she lost her battle! Most of all Jasmine loved her Daddy Jazzy acupuncture dates!
