I walked in the store on Eglin prkwy at 6:15pm and there was an asian guy attending to the customer inside. He was the only rep there so i notified him that im next in line and sat while waiting for him to resolve his customer issue. Minutes later the customer wasnt able to provide all the information he wanted so she was making a few calls. While he was waiting on her, I kept saying to myself its a good chance for him to multitask since its taking the customer mins to gather her info and he’s just standing and waiting. Long after a family walked in ans approached him and he started to assist them, so i went to him to remind him that im sitting there. He said he knew and still continue to help the family while i’m there waiting. Is this how AT&T is training their staff to deal with their customers. His expression and everything told me that he literally does not care. I was about to switch over two lines with you guys but ya’ll can forget it. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

About a month ago I went to the AT&T at Uptown Station to trade in my phone for a 15 ProMax. The agent who helped me was Jackie and I couldn’t have been more pleased. He spent the amount of time with me to transfer my info, choose a case and answered ‘every’ question I asked him with patience. Hoping he remains at that location. Great service !! Thanks, Carolyn

I was terribly disappointed with the assistance I received in the ATT store. My transfer was horribly messes up due to the employee incorrectly completing all aspects of the transaction. I've had to make 5 calls to ATT, 1 trip to Verizon, and I have to make another trip to the store!!!!!

Do NOT waste gas or time driving to this location. I’ve gone here because it is very close to home but on 3 different recent occasions I’ve gone (during business hours) and they have been closed. Today I sat there for 40 min waiting outside since it was the final day to turn in my old phone but there was a sign on door saying “on break be back shortly”. I learned previously that their hours are wrong online so I knew they closed at 7pm. Finally at 7:05 after waiting 40 minutes by the locked front door, I finally left to make it to a different AT&T before they closed too. If you are lucky enough to catch someone there, (as in leaving to take a break or close)don’t expect courteous, friendly customer service either.

The best costumer service ever, I know I made the right choice moving all my lines to AT&T, Jackie knew how to clarify all my questions, he did setup all my phones and watches, he knows how this works.

To summarize my experience, it was amazing. The only complaint I had was the wait being a tad long. The person we were with was very thorough and in depth and went through the hassle to do the math to ensure we wouldn’t be surprised by our new bill. Really enjoyed my experience. And if you have any problems, I recommend you go here.

You guys really need to fix this AC luckily I had greatest assistance from an employee in uptown station named Joshua. Not only did he get me a new phone for reasons I didn't want to say but I needed a new phone because I lost my old one but he also got my wife a watch so in essence he made a really hot store feel a lot cooler and I just want To Say thank you
