Was helped by Ryann Hull. I'm originally from the mid-Atlantic states and this was the only BOA nearby. Even if they were busy, Ryann was extremely helpful and had the perfect personality. She's very professional and accommodating. I had an amazing experience.

If I could give a zero I would. Every single time I come I have to wait in an enormous line. Not good customer service. Took an hour long for me to wait just to deposit money for the business I work at. Why isn't there more tellers or access for businesses to deposit and get change? If there is always a line they should be preparing for that kind of traffic and staffing accordingly. Going to this bank has easily ruined my mood for the day. If you're thinking of banking with them, I strongly encourage you to reconsider. If I didn't have to go here for my job I wouldn't come here.

The only one drive up ATM has been broken for 2 days. For all of Fort Walton Beach customers the is only one walk up and drive up ATM. BOA cannot even keep these 2 ATMs working. It has become a local joke.

I had a problem with an overdraft charge and once I explained the situation to the lobby receptionist named Sarah, she was more than happy to reimburse me on the transaction. She was very courteous and openly receptive of my issue and solved it painlessly. Thank you ever so much Ms. Sarah. Mr. Aaron M. Williams

Poor Service. Would not recommend. If you are looking to wait in long lines and receive fractured commentary when you do speak with a representative, this place is for you. Awful.

The most unprofessional and honestly worst customer service I have ever received from any Bank of America. I've been to this location 3 times and each time is worse than the last. The members in their staff are not trained properly and give out wrong information (if they bother to pick up the phone). I was told that I ONLY needed two forms of I.D with my new name to change it on my account. I go in and after 45mins of waiting and only one interaction with a young woman with an accent (only sweet one there), finally I get told that I needed my marriage certificate as a valid form of reasoning to changing my name. Obviously upset by this I walk out an hour later after walking in and still no closer to changing my name. Make an appointment to come in with everything I need or MAY need in case they say I need something else. Well after another 45mins of waiting AFTER my appointment, I'm told that the representatives are still busy assisting the other clients. I walked out. Made one more appointment to see if I could get this done since the next closest BOA is over an hour and a half drive on a good day. Walk in and I'm immediately told that the serves are down and they can not access their systems (I understand that this does not fall on the workers since it's an internal techincal issue). But the way I was treated and saw others be treated was unacceptable. The young lady with an accent was telling me about what was going on but was rudely interrupted by the woman on the phone trying to get the issue resolved. She interjected herself into a conversation that had nothing to do with her and on top of that her tone and attitude was rude and nasty. Was told that the issue may or may not resolved within the next 10-15min but a good possibility that it could be longer and I was (un)welcomed to stay and wait. Saw the representatives inform each customer of the issue but most did it with attitudes. After waiting 15mins we are told that it will take more than 30mins to fix the issue. When I went to leave the woman that was rude earlier "tried" to assist me by making me call BOA and get them to figure it out. Didn't care for her fake sincerity and her attitude. If i could give this a 0 or even negative stars I would. Save time and invest in going to another location. After all of this might even leave the bank. 0 STARS!!!!!!!!!!

Went to cash a check drawn on this bank. Check was from a local business in town. Emerald coast funeral home.Bank could not cash a $2640.00 said they did not have the funds. This is a bank and you do not have the funds.
