Had an issue trying to get my core charge back, it took over an hour before they would give me my $115. I had a receipt too Ugg not a smooth experience to say the least.

Extremely unfriendly and acted as it bothered them for someone to come in the store and interrupt their day. They couldn't find the battery I had already paid for, on line, but eventually came out with a "used looking" battery. No paperwork, not warranty and when asked about the expiration date for the battery, I was told it would never expire.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called about a screen replacement for my phone and the technician knew nothing about anything. Luckily temporary manager who was there from St. Augustine knew what I was asking for and said he'd order a screen from another store and it'd be in the following week. Called a few days later to confirm part was in and same technician was unaware of any parts coming in and said I'd have to wait until screen repair tech came in the following Monday. I asked if he worked there and if he did he should know. So he looked through boxes and confirmed a screen was there. I called today to verify and some lady named Wendy or something answered like she was answering her house phone, she didn't even listen to what I was asking and just told me to come in and she doesn't know and literally hung up on me mid sentence. Idk who owns this store but please fix this issue. I will not be going here for anything even if they have the part I need.

Well today I was in a pickle. Had grandbabies, needed a battery for power wheels. Called and ask young lady if I could send a picture of said battery. She said sure...and called me back. We'll before I knew itt, I was on my way, to get a battery..lot of places were closed today. She met me with a smile, and eagerness to help...before u knew it grandbabies were up and running...thank you for going above and beyond and a trip across town for nothing...really appreciated your kind and knowledgeable staff.Ms.polazzo

Everything about this Fort Walton Beach store is just awful. I ordered a key fob and paid for it up front but "somehow" that part "did not get ordered". They could not find the order but luckily, I had the receipt. When I checked on it again a week later, they still did not have any word about the key fob. I was told it might be on the truck, but they didn't know and would not know for at least two or three days as they unpacked. After nearly a month of waiting, the part finally came but the store did not have the correct equipment to code the key fob. Again - they ordered the cable to code the key, but it took two weeks. I was there on Friday morning to pick up the new key but was told to come back again on Monday because they were too busy to get to help me and they didn't have the help they needed. I came back on Monday morning and the cable they ordered didn't work and they did not have the correct equipment to cut the key. Through this almost month-long process, the staff was not knowledgeable and every time I went in - they gave excuses of not having the help, time or training they needed to do their job. I called numerous times to talk to a manager and left a message and asked to be called back. That call back never happened. Most of the time the phone would just ring and no one would pick up. This store might be alright if you just can walk in, and they have what you want. My experience is the staff is not helpful, tell you constantly that they are overworked. will not give you a call back, and either don't know how to do their job or don't have the equipment to do their job. I cannot imagine how this place can stay in business. I won't be going back. Oh yea - by the way - I went to A-Z Locks after i got my money back from Batteries Plus. A-Z had to check with their service technician to see if they had a key fob on the service truck. They called me back 5 minutes later and told me they would hold it for me. I went to their store and the A-Z technician had this all programmed, cut and the key verified on the vehicle in about 15 minutes. It cost just a little more, but I received great service from a knowledgeable, professional and helpful staff.

Don not buy anything from here. Just bought $400+ of batteries 3 months ago, brought them in because I left my VHF radio on and completely drained one of the batteries. I brought it in to have them charge it and they told me I need to go and do it myself, that it was too dead for them to charge…

Buyer beware! This location is not customer focused and or friendly in the least! I had my car telling me my battery was bad, so I took it to a shop where they charged it overnight and it only showed 70% charged when taken off the charger. It was a high-end Duracell battery and I remembered purchasing the battery in 2021, 2 years ago. I took the battery to the Batteries Plus on Eglin Pkwy where I purchased it, and I was told they would have to charge it 12 hours before they could check it. I was told I would receive a call back...never happened. I stopped in the store on Sunday at 2:30 and the representative told me she took the battery in but the people working Friday or Saturday apparently didn't do their job and follow up on this battery, I said I didn't care whose job it was I've been without a battery for 3 days. She also mentioned the fully charged battery that I dropped off was now at 25% (clearly indicating a problem) I asked if she had a manager and she said NO she did not. Now the interesting part is I was told it had to be charged 12 hours before testing yet not 2 hours later she calls my number and tells me the battery is good. So, she didn't do the 12-hour charge, she didn't call back and make sure we were covered. So, on day 5 without a car battery, I tried to go on several websites to find out who runs this store and the only number I found when I called it was not in service. Take your business to a real store where they actually go out of their way to help you, and aren't afraid to post their phone numbers if you have a problem! One STAR is a gift for this operation. And if you think it won't happen to you, I'm a business owner with a business account, I can only image how they treat individuals!!!

store is trash. called and asked for a bulb was told that she's will go on the back and check. sat the phone down and talked to a customer for 15 mins, never went in back ro check or never picked the phone back up.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by their staff. The environment is welcoming and the staff is helpful. If you have a special battery, bring it and they do the rest.

I was immediately greeted by Stephanie when I walked in. She gave me a quote on replacing the battery in my key fob without hesitation. Dene was waiting on a customer but I heard her take a phone call and her customer service was also impressive. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes and left with such a good impression that I couldn't go without recognizing their great customer service.

Thanks to Nick and the folks at Batteries Plus at Ft. Walton, went overboard assisting me get a battery matched and loads of help for a stranded motorcyclist. When someone goes out of their way, and helps when they don’t have too, a “THANK YOU” is in order .Thanks Nick !!!

The worst key fobs you can buy. They don’t even last longer than 3 months and they break. I’m on my third one now because of them. Don’t recommend
