This is a recently built Hilton property. It is beautiful with its room setup, bathrooms, elevators, kitchen area and lobby. Perfect location and good service staff. They do put a 15 bucks parking charge which is ridiculous but i got it waived by being a diamond member.

Loved everything about our 2 night stay here but one minor thing that was not the hotels fault. We stayed in room 605, top floor right in the middle with a superb view! The hotel was very quiet, no hallway noise or noise from other rooms. We did have a neighboring room who violated the smoke free policy so we couldn't enjoy the balcony as much as we liked and the cigarette smoke was sucked into the room by the a/c unit......so annoying! The pool was nice, the lobby was beautiful and beachy, the restaurant had great food, the location was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

Late Oct.Very accommodating - Great staff.Big thanks to Maria, front desk,Diana, Dir of Sales even Nick who fixed the in room safety deposit box. All of them and the whole staff were very professional, courteous and accommodating. This was a first visit and it won’t be the last. Looking to return soon.

I came across this hotel through Travelocity and I was a little hesitant because the deal seemed too good to be true, but boy was I wrong! The Beal House is a complete remodel and they did an amazing job! The rooms were comfortable and clean and the beds were heavenly. The location was close to everything and the ocean views were perfect. I do not have one negative thing to say about my stay so if you’re considering staying here, just do it and thank me later!

Just to start, $15 parking fee per night,Bar music is too loud ,so beach front balcony is useless, you will listen to music and drunk people, not crashing waves.Partition between balconies are made of staggered wood, so benefit of smelling someone smoking is priceless. This hotel used to be nice and family friendly, now it is party town.I will not stay here again.

This is a newly renovated Hotel on the beach. Mike the bartender poured great drinks and was a wealth of knowledge regarding local attractions. Dawn behind the front desk was also very helpful. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Although we found it hard to pass up Stewby’s Seafood Shanty.

The hotel has had a face lift and name change. More expensive. No perks. Once free chairs and umbrella. I called before I booked. I was told chairs were just as the Best Western Beachfront Now $55 a day. Once complimentary breakfast now atleast $30 a couple. Once free parking. Now $15 a day to park. Cocktails started at $14. The hotel smelled like a fish fry every day. The smell permeated the elevator and up to the 6th floor. The gulf front rooms are showers only. Inland rooms have tubs. Wifi non existent on the 6th floor balcony. The hotel was gulf front. The gulf was the amenity. We have visited the hotel multiple times since 1998, before the change in ownership. Change is not always a good thing. Sorry to say we won't stay here again. The gulf was beautiful!

My family and I enjoyed a weekend stay, and we're glad we found this hotel. Our initial impression was not great as we were assigned a room next to an air unit which had an awning covering the window. Because of this, the room had a dark and gloomy feel to it; the opposite of what you would expect for a beach getaway. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in rearranging our room in a timely manner which was greatly appreciated. Our stay otherwise couldn't have been any better. The beach access was great, which we took full advantage of. The staff at the bar/restaurant was very polite and friendly. The rooms and property overall was very clean and inviting. Parking was plentiful, and there were even restaurants within walking distance.I would honestly give 4.5 stars if I could. My only gripe would be that the hotel is smaller than others around it, so balcony rooms fill up fast. Overall great stay, I would recommend.

If you are looking for a great spot on the beach with an ocean view, good sized pool and in-house restaurant and bar, look no further! This place has it all! Cozy modern rooms, spacious bathrooms and comfy beds. As a diamond member upon my arrival I was automatically upgraded to a ocean view room! I had one issue in my room in the front desk took care of it promptly and made sure everything was working good. The service was excellent as well as the hotel itself. I would definitely come back highly recommended!Rooms: Spacious, modern, comfortableNearby activities: Restaurants and bars in walking distanceWalkability: Many things within walking distanceFood & drinks: Restaurant and bar downstairs in the hotel full course meals and full bar

Great experience here! Rooms were clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, beach was amazing! Front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Restaurant has amazing food even options for vegetarian/vegan diets. The restaurant manager Samantha was always so friendly greeting us every morning, she has excellent customer service and is a hands on manager making sure everyone is happy while assisting her staff seamlessly both front and back of house. You can tell she truly loves her job and goes above and beyond for her customers. We will definitely be back to Beal House!! Thank you!!

A really good experience for our first time in Fort Walton Beach. Front desk staff was friendly and went above and beyond. We had a minor issue with our room being hot and Leighton from maintenance resolved it quickly, and checked back in with us throughout the day to make sure the issue was resolved. Beach services in the form of rental umbrellas and chairs are available and are reasonably priced. A nice quiet stay in mid August, which we will definitely look to repeat. A quick 10 minute drive to Destin if you want to try some other restaurants.

This location is perfect. Right on the beach. We love the pool. The rooms were really clean and well taken care of.The food at the hotel restaurant is just okay but the drinks are great. There are so many restaurants and fun places to visit nearby. The only con is that they’re really weird about their pool towels. They either don’t have enough or they aren’t washing them often enough. Some days the towels are by the front desk and you have to give them your room number to “check them out” and check them back in. Sometimes there are pool towels on the rack near the pool that you can just use. Most times they’re aren’t. There’s just no rhyme or reason to why you have to check them out some days and not others. It’s more annoying than anything else. Not a deal breaker for staying at the hotel though.

Amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront hotel! We actually transferred to this hotel mid trip, after staying in our first booking just down the street which was horrible. This hotel couldn’t have been better; clean, extremely well designed interiors, comfortable bed and furniture, beautiful bathroom and kitchenette. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location on the beach with easy access to stores, gas stations, and a plethora of food options. The lobby looks amazing with beautiful beachy decor. I had a room with two queen beds and what it lacked in a view it made up for in appearance. There is plenty of seating and places to tuck your belongings away. The bathroom was big and very clean. I would recommend staying at this hotel.Rooms: I had a room with two queen beds and what it lacked in a view it made up for in appearance. There are plenty of cute shops within walking distance. There are also a variety of really delicious food options within walking distance as well.Walkability: Great location on the beach with easy access to stores, gas stations, and a plethora of food options.

Pros: A small, clean boutique hotel is a plus.Cons: Unfriendly and an unhelpful staff. The front desk staff (younger lady) worked on July 17 at roughly 8 AM, but I didn't notice her name tag. Her negative demeanor, sour-face, and attitude undermine the efforts of other employees, the hotel's reputation, and the HILTON brand. She should reconsider pursuing this line of work.No shower-cap even upon the request! Are female guests no longer important? In addition, the little fridge froze all of our drinks. I'm not sure if the fridge broke or guests who stayed before us changed the setting. My in-laws will be visiting for a vacation, however I regret to say that I would suggest they stay at a different hotel.
