Everything is overpriced all the Pokemon stuff is marked up, no books that cater to little girls, staff has an attitude and dont mind their own business tries telling people to be quiet when their talking wants to make faces about other people conversation instead of doing their job, half of everything is unpriced, they're going to go out of business. Apparently little girls dont read according to the staff.

If you like books, this is a good place to start. Large selection, not full collections on some but it helps. A recent remodel at this location is a very great improvement. You can actually navigate the aisles now. The staff is always friendly and ready to help even with the many different faces that keep showing up. They must love books too.

I had never been inside a Books-A-Million, boy was I impressed! Employees are very helpful, but won’t hover over you. I focused on the sale items and the selection was huge. Definitely recommend if you like books, guides, and more.

The store is full of books; however, the interior looks drab and feels dark. Some of the sales representatives embody the look & feel of the store. :-) if you like stuffy, windowless, creepy bookstore vibes; you’ll like this location.

Store was well organized and tidy. I was greeted when entered and not ignored when trying to check out. Staff member Travis was nice, polite, and knowledgeable.

This place is slowly dying. It doesn't help that the workers also don't seem to want you around either. The coffee shop is closed. It's sad. I used to work here and I know they employ people based on their love for books.. so underpaid and overworked.. go to Barnes and noble instead

Terrible. One poor woman working while 2-3 employees are literally standing around the back by the magazines talking about fillings/teeth and pulling nose hairs—not kidding. Meanwhile there’s a line of four people at the front register and no one checking out. Awful. We’ll wait and buy somewhere else.
